    Is the number of rep points you receive or give random and what are the highest amount and smallest you can give or receive?

    Rep power is the amount of rep you can give to people.
    Your good rep power is 1/30 of your rep total (which you can see under UserCP). Your bad rep power is normally 1/60 of your rep total.
