That rule doesn't apply to TCTI, since... TCTI is less of a game than the other things are, and iirc that only really applies to rates? idk, I'd be shocked if it applied to TCTI because that's illogical considering it's been this way foreverrr. :(

So in those threads you can't have two people post X number of posts without anyone else jumping in.
