I'd like to participate in this using Emerald and Torchic.
Is it alright if I use a ROM too? I don't want to erase any of my third gen save files =(

    UPDATE:
Last night, I defeated the Elite Four with ease; espeically Gary. Now to continue throughout the storyline, I have to own sixty pokemon. Going to be easy as I am going to catch Pokemon that could help me with the Battle Frontier in Pokemon Emerald. Should be done tomorrow morning!

I just wanted to post and let you know that I haven't quit the Clefairy challenge, and I'd like to keep going if it's alright. I've been having problems with my internet connection lately, and on top of that I haven't been home for the past week.

    Update #5
    - Back-tracked to Cerulean, and got started on my way to the Rock Tunnel.
    - Made it to the tunnel, remembered that I hadn't gotten Flash yet.
    - Decided I didn't feel like going back for Flash, and spent a while wandering around in the dark.
    - Got to the other end with only a little bit of trouble, then defeated all the trainers outside of the tunnel.
    - Stopped off at the Pokemon Center in Lavender Town, then moved on to Rt. 8 and beat all the trainers there.
    - Made it to Celadon City, got the Tea from the old woman and gave it to the border guard.
    - Went over to the Gym and took on Erika. Didn't have too much trouble, though getting paralyzed on the first turn was lame.
    - Hopped over to the Rocket's Hideout and proceeded to beat the crumbs out of everyone inside.
    - Had no problem at all with Giovanni (thanks to Brick Break) and got the Silph Scope.
    - Evolved my Clefairy to Clefable.

    Clefable: Level 51, Naughty
Pound, Brick Break, Moonlight, Shock Wave

    Update #6
    - Spent most of last night playing the slots so I could win enough to buy a Yellow Flute and a few TMs. (Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball)
    - Went back to Lavender Town and beat my Rival at the Pokemon Tower, then went to the top and helped Mr. Fuji out, got the Poke Flute.
    - Hopped over to Saffron City and took on the Dojo. Picked Hitmonchan, and tossed it in the PC.
    - Started clearing all the Rockets out of Silph Co.

    Clefable: Level 58, Naughty
Pound, Brick Break, Moonlight, Shock Wave

hmm... I'm a tad bored. I've decided to give this a shot, but first, I must decide between lotad-lombre-ludicolo or seedot-nuzleaf-shiftry

Edit: I've decided to do seedot-nuzleaf-shiftry

ooh, i'll retry this challenge with a pikachu in leaf green

    ok, update:

    caught Pikachu, named it Zeus

i eventually beat brock after a bunch of tries. i ran out of money and had to pick up the invisible potion in front of the last bug catcher in viridian forest and then i was forced to sell my 4 remaining pokeballs to buy another potion.

traveled through mt. moon, avoiding the one hiker that has either 3 geodues or 1 onix.

cleared nugget bridge and Zeus learned thunderbolt

    beat misty. it was sad.

cleared the trainers north and east of vermillion

cleared the s.s. anne of trainers

taught Zeus dig and destroyed surge.

currently on my way to dark cave without flash.

    Team:

The 3rd Generation Power House Challenge
    Zeus lvl 37
    Thunderbolt
    Dig
    Agility
    Double Team
