Here you list off who you think the best heroes and villians of any game, show, movie, or anything else, are.
Villians:
10. Mr. Selatcia (Metalocalypse)- You may think I'm crazy with this, but I'm not. Not much is known about Mr. Selactia. The way he kills people though, is really disturbing. In the first season's finale, he wraps the intestines of Cardinal Ravenwood around his neck telepthically.
9. Green Goblin (Spiderman)- You may not think it, but this guy is more of a tragic hero, and his son follows in his steps. When he's o the glider, he is one of the scariest things you'll see. When Peter's grandmother is attacked by him, the way he says "Finish it" makes me shiver.
8. C.J. (GTA: San Andreas)- You may play as this man, but his story is rather disturbing, as are his ways with the public around him. Whether he's shooting someone a thousand times, or replying back after a complimant.
7. Nightmare (Soul Calibur)- Weilder of the legendary sword, Soul Edge, his yearn for power is one that makes you wonder how he can live with himself. His sword...is big.
6. Voldmort (Harry Potter)- Before I Type anything else, let me just say this, the movies killed Voldmort's character. VOldmort is best described in the books. His personality makes you think how unpleasent he must be. He kills wizards who don't join, nothing new, but his ways of vengence are legend.
5. Kahn (Star Trek)- One of the best plots written for Star Trek was a plot that involved this character. Kahn is very hard to describe in person. His personality alone makes you think he's insane. In Revenge of Kahn, he acts a bit deranged in a way. His ways of torture make you squirm. He was a big challlenge for Kirk.
4. Anakin Skywalker (Star Wars)- We've all heard Anakin's story. It's probably one of the best stories written. After his fall to the dark side, we see a character that cares nothing about life, and lives only to serve. His character alone in appearence makes you shiver.
3. King Arthas (Warcraft III)- From the Warcraft Universe, we have Arthas. Known as a hero to humanity at one time, his lust for power led to the betrayal of his father, and his will to damn anything. He is known to have killed famous Warcraf theroes like Illidian, Malganis, and his former teacher, Uther. His lust for power eventually earns him the Lich King's crown, now he is the ruler of all the Undead.
2. Kerrigan (Starcraft)- This villian has a similiar story to that of Arthas, only this is the original. Arthas was based off Kerrigan. Kerrigan was once a hero to humannity, but after her fall to the Zerg, she was captured and made inhuman. She is known as Queen of Blades, and her fighting style could easily kill anyone within seconds before they knew what hit them. She is also known for her deceit in tricking her enemies and her telepathy.
1. Emperor Palpatine (Star Wars)- The dark lord of the Sith in Star Wars. If you've read the book based on the movie, Revenge of the SIth, you'll see the true Palpatine emerge. How he uses his deceit to turn Anakin. How close they get to each other. It's a very dark book. His character is also better defined in the book Return of the Jedi is a scene not shown in the movie, when Luke was just brought onto the Death Star.
Heroes:
10. Tassadar (Starcraft)- Tassadar is one of the best heroes in the Starcraft Universe. He will do anything to protect his homeworld and race, even if it comes to breaking the most honorable traditions. He at the end of the game ends up sacrificing himself to destroy the Zerg Overmind.
9. Godzilla (Godzilla)- Godzilla had to be on the list. Look how many times he's saved earth from countless other giant monsters. He is famous for defeating monsters like Ghidora, Megalon, Gigan, and even King Kong. Sure, people think of him more like a monster to be destroyed, but he only comes up most of the time to kill off another threat and then goes back to sleep.
8. Jason Bourne (The Bourne Identity; Supremecy; Ultimatum)- One of the most dangerous men you will ever see in action is Jason Bourne. A man looking for his true identity after countless assassinations. He is feared by the government, but says he will leave them alone if they leave him alone. What makes him a hero is his will to keep people safe. He hates endangering anybody he knows.
7. Jack Bauer (24)- Yeah, the CTU Agent from Los Angelas is on the list. What makes him on teh list is his dedication to whatever he's assigned. In season 2, he gets a call from his daughter and since he's undercover, talks dirty with no love in his voice, if he blew his cover,a nuke would have gone off. Jack is a man to crack.
6. The Man With No Name (The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly)- Clint Eastwoods Unnamed Man is basically the Jason Bourne of the Wild West. He accts as if he doesn't care most of the time but, he does somewhere. He helps a Mexican family escape the cruel hands of bandits in a Fist Ful of DOllars, and helps kill a notorious gang in Few Dollars More. In a gun fight, he is untouchable with a pistol. In the blink of an eye, basically his entire gun will be empty and all foes will be dead.
5. Capt. John Miller (Saving Private Ryan)- One of the best, if not the best, war films ever is Saving Private Ryan. Based on a captain and his squad risking their 8 lives in order to save one life of a private who lost three brothers in combat. He doesn't do it because he has a heart, but because it's his orders. He does the missions, because each mission complete is a step closer to his wife back home.
4. James Raynor (Starcraft)- Probably the most famous Starcraft hero next to Kerrigan is James Raynor. He's lead a sad life. His family are dead, and his love was taken from him. This love was Sarah Kerrigan. Yes, before her fall, they were in love. James has never been able to forgive himself for Kerrigans fall. But after the fall of a good friend, Fenix at the hand of Kerrigan, he swears that one day Kerrigan would die by his hand.
3. Obi-Wan Kenobi (Star Wars)- Probably the favorite Jedi by most fans of Star Wars. He trains Anakin Skywalker before the tragic fall to the Dark Side. His compassion for Anakin is amazing, especially since Anakin hated him after the duel on Mustafar. Unfortunatally, he falls in the Death Star after one final duel with Vader, but he didn't die and continues to help Luke in any way possible.
2. Atticus Finch (To Kill A Mockingbird)- One of the most notable characters in the history of literature. Despite the African-American hatred around him, he guards one. He is mocked by all, but he stands firm. And isn't even shaken. He is a father anyone would love.
1. Ender Wiggin (Enders Game)- Quite Possibly the best sci-fi I've read yet. Ender Wiggin is only a child. He's bullied like anyone else, but he is rather smart. He hates violence, despite the unknown fact to him, that he accidentally killed a soldier in another group on his side, and that he broke a bullies arm. When he finds out that he saved Earth from possible alien (bug) invasion he cries because no one told him. There had been an invasion before, but after the bugs found out the humans had no method of communication, they left them alone. After Ender finds a baby queen bug, and lets it go. He has a heart of gold.
Honorable Mention (no specific order):
Clover (Cloverfield)- The Cloverfield monster is one very well designed creature. The only thing that prevents it from going on the list is the fact that it's a baby and doesn't know what's going on around it.
Charles Ofdensen (Metalocalypse)- Dethklok's manager is one bad-*** dude. He saves Dethklok in the season finale in season 1. As soon as he fires his gun in the air, he says his best quote yet and kicks some serious butt. The famous quote is "That's my bread and butter your f***ing with." In season 2, he does a range of things from fencing, to fist fighting. He is saved by Dethklok in season 2's finale.
Dethklok (Metalocalypse)- Yeah that's right. Toki Wartooth, Skwisgaar Skwigelf, Nathan Explosion, Pickles the Drummer, and William Murderface are honorable mentions. They never did anything heroic until the finale of season 2. They abandon their dark and brutal ways for a moment and work together to help save fans, each other, and their manager, Charles Ofdensen. Nathan Explosion even says Ofdensen's season one line.
Metal Masked Assassin (Metalocaypse)- This man is Ofdensen's arch enemy. He almost dies by his hand in the finale of season 2 if Nathan Explosion didn't knock the guy out.
Mario (Super Mario Bros.)- The first cool video game hero is a must have on any hero list. Even though most of his missions range to saving a kidnapped princess from one massive fire-breathing turtle.
