I recently came back from America, where I spent around 3 weeks there. During that time, my body got use to the timezone there, and now that I'm back in Australia, I get tired during the periods I would be sleeping when I was in America, which of course are very different to Australian times, so I've had to make sure I only sleep when I'm suppose to be sleeping. Usually I have a knack of sleeping whenever possible and there would be no issues, but due to the whole timezone mix up, my body isn't able to adjust well to my sleeping patterns anymore.
