I reckon that 26 or so can hardly count as too many, since my friend has over a hundred.

Sometimes it's slow for me to log in too, but that's usually when my internet isn't working properly.

Usually, it only takes a couple of seconds to log in.

Same. Perhaps my internet connection doesn't work the way it should.

Not Really...MSN is controlled somewhere by Microsoft...In a dark and scary room (actually probably lots of rooms)..so depending on what port you connect to and how many people are on it..it will determine how long it takes you to connect...but yes if you have more windows up it will cause to lag which will lead to longer waiting to log in.
