Alright, so,
In the TCG card, Koga's Ninja trick,
it shows a Golbat flying away from an explosion,
and there is a swastica coming off from it.

In the revised edition,
The supposed swastica was replaced by another symbol,

as shown here:

I WOULD give you the original one, but Bulbapedia is down. :<

Not mention Hitler's Registeel:

Some christain figures were saying that Pokemon were the representation of Demon Creatures,

In such ways:

: Being called upon when needed
: Thier startling "evolution" process
: Collecting Talaismins to control them (Gym badges)

and other ways.

Oh, and they thought they heard a disturbing message in the Poke'Rap if you played it backwards.

A man tried to sue Nintendo for believing that the pokemon Kadabra was a representation of himself, him being famously known for his spoon bending abilities, and they took him image, and turned it into an evil occult encarnate.

The lawsuit didn't pass though,

however, a TCG card of kadabra hasn't appeared since.

Are you sure the swastika wasn't a swastik instead? It's basically like the swastika, but it isn't at an angle like the swastika.
The registeel is definitely a nazi though.
And the black jynx was somewhat racist, although I don't see anyone wearing a red dress and S&M gloves anywhere. You neglect Brock though. The only crispy person in the game has like 20 brothers and sisters. Stereotypical much?

The original Jynx was a black palette, but was changed to purple due to remarks of supposed racism.

I believe that it was off by an angle or two, but the jewish community didn't like it all the same.

No, you see, Brock is a Black Asian, so, since it's a Japanese company, The asian are saying another asian has a lot of brothers and sisters, so it doesn't count.

People thought that Jynx having a black face was racist to African Americans, because of Jynx's personality.

So, they changed the face to Purple.
