I love dragon pokemon, I have two lvl 100 rayquaza (from playing and beating emerald version twice with them) in pearl versios., sometimes I have a whole team of dragon pokemon.

All you have to do is highlight Phantom's text, and.. voila, you can read it perfectly! Oh, for Kingdra, try Rain Dance, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, and Surf. I don't personally raise a Kingdra, but I do believe that's a good moveset. Anyone else?

P.S. I'll take the Milotic if no one else does.
