Pokémon that have Dream World abilities have a 40% chance of sending that ability to their offspring, so maybe that Cloud Nine Lickitung was unlucky enough to breed a regular Lickitung. :(

I got your Lickitung and it didn't have it's Dream World ability, instead it had Own Tempo

I'll take good care of her! I didn't have much other to breed since I'm not far in the game save for some Pokemon I collected in Dream World. If it was a Gen 4 egg swap I would have a lot more to share XD
