no but a friend of mine did.
he got like three of them from 5 boosters he bought after getting jealous of my tyranitar.

I got tyranitar when Neo Destjny was new. my friebdw dad took our money and picked some packs up at rhe Spa shop in town when he finished work. cant remember what was on the packets but my friend was like "here you can have the gay Noctowl pack" and was gutted I pulled shining tyranitar.
He bought like 20 packs trying to get one because I wouldn't the trade him it. Then be got Celebi three times in 5 packs
