call me n00bish, but what does SR stand for? does S stand for Shiny?

SR means soft reset.

Push L + R + Start + Select at the same time, and it takes you back to the screen that says "Pokemon Diamond" or "Pokemon Pearl"

I didnt know that Soft Reseting got you shiny eggs. Thats pretty cool.

And sorry I havent been on so much guys, Ive been EV training my enw team like crazy, I just wanna get this team finished and leveled up so i can start battling again.
