Is a Senshi were to move next door it would have to be Venus or Saturn, for Venus I would bake cookies and help her with her homework so she could pass. If it was Hotaru I would play with her and if it were the young hHotaru from Stars I could babysit her and and I would protect her from bullies. I would also spy on them to see if they transformed. So yea, we would get along.

Erm, is there a description of Sailors Lightning and Starshine anywhere? The names seem familiar, but...

Also: Helen's legs seem a little too thin, and so does Emily's midsection. Another thing that would help are elbows and knees.

Semi-related. I'm trying to make a custom sprite of Himeko Nonohara, and I'm using the walkabout sprites of Minako from the SNES RPG (because it already has the ribbon and hair color).

TO DO LIST:
Make the shortened hair not look like a bell from behind
Change the Senshi palette to Pluto colors
Add transformation pose
Make standalone Time Staff
Add alternate transformation/detransformation pose
Add alternate transformations: Sailor V, Urawa Ryo, Minako, Usagi, Pluto, Minotaur

If a Sailor Senshi were to move in next to me, I think it'd be Michiru & Haruka (they'd live together of course).
I'd definitely get along with them, maybe Michiru could teach me Violin.

Merii Kaito / Sailor Cygnus
Short, skinny, pale, white hair, pale blue eyes. Hair length is similar to Rei's/Mars', but is put up in a single ponytail usually worn over the shoulder.

Powers are based on Darkness and Barriers

Cygnus Power
- Nightmare Ball (Cygnus Nightmare Haunt)

Cygnus Star Power
- Darkness Dome (Cygnus Midnight Cage Entrap)

Cygnus Constellation Power
- Cygnus Guardian Cutter (Cygnus Guardian Cutter Slash)

Cygnus Crystal Power
- Cygnus Starlight Barrier (Cygnus Starlight Barrier Reflect)

Color Scheme: Black ribbons, light blue broach, dark blue skirt. Fuku progression matches Sol Senshi progression. Constellation Power transformation == Planet Power transformation.

@Graceful: That's a lot of songs I can't get. Meh, it's alright, I'll find something.

@dannichols: Elbows and Knees, dear. They are very important. Also, Phoebe's legs don't appear to match where they would be if the thighs were drawn. It may help to draw in the thighs at first and then remove them later. Also, it's very MSPaint-y, but tools aren't as important as technique.
