1. Gimp is a free but great photo editing program, much like photoshop.

2. Get it by searching "download gimp" on google and finding a site that has it.

3. Yup, Photoshop is only like... a half a time better.

4. It's free cuz some people are just nice. Like Limewire! 8D

Good ol' Paint. Every individual pixel gets colored. Good old fashioned work, but the result is great. Munchlax is an annoying sprite. Never noticed.
