Find the button that says print screen, then press it.

Then go into paint and press paste, after that just save and....

I usually set it on Auto-Hide, so it never bothers me.
I actually use it alot too, so its not just a decoration like most people, lol.

But it really depends on what you want out of pre-made wallpaper.
