Do you really think all Joys are in the same family? Or might there be another way of looking at it?

I think they all are not in one family, the episode of Jessie wanting to be a nurse when she was little made me think about this...
I mean if anyone can be a nurse, but all we ever see is nurse joys, there must be something going on...

Mh ... optimum deduce of discussion. According to me their number is so high, that they cannot belong to the same family. However I imagine that other girls, if they want it, can become nurse. In the series one does not understand well.
