Update:
I caught a Zubat named FangZ at Dark cave, and a Shinx called Noel on route 31.
I took a Charmander named Charcoal from the quiz guy in violet city,and did some changes on my team. Now, to the tower!

He was annoying, because his Lightningrod wouldn't let me hit Murkrow with Bolted's Thundershock, but I got him down on the second turn with a hit from both Flufflebun and Bolted.
Murkrow:
He haw easy to take down with Bolted oncce Rhyhorn was out of the way, no biggie.
Slackoth:
No real problem here, Flufflebun and Bolted took him out with one move eacch
Beldum:
Almost Defeated Flufflebuns, (3/60 HP) but the recoil from his takedown took the life remaining from him, as well as Bolted's Thundershock!

Game: Fire Red (hacked, so pokémon with trade evolutions evolve by leveling up, as I'm playing on an emulator and am therefore unable to trade)

I based the levels on the levels the first stages evolve into their second ones. Now that I look at it though, I may have liked Haunter's, Graveler's and Machoke's evolution levels to be a little bit lower, and perhaps Kadabra's a little bit higher.
Optional Rules:
- Must nickname all pokémon.
- Black/white out is game over.
- Shiny Clause (If I encounter a shiny pokémon, I may catch it at any time. However, if I have already caught a pokémon in that area, I must either release that pokémon to replace it with the shiny or simply not use the shiny.)
Also, I don't have to catch the VERY first pokémon in route 1, as it is impossible. I have to go through the grass to Viridian City to get Oak's Parcel before I'm able to get Poké Balls. That's why I started the first pokémon thing once I had obtained the 5 Poké Balls from Professor Oak. I added this (I guess you could say) "clause", because I think it would be stupid if it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to catch a pokémon in a certain area (where grass IS actually present), just because I can't get Poké Balls yet.

• Started the game
• Told Oak his grandson's name is Assface, as he ruined my previous run by killing my Pikachu at the Nugget Bridge, therefore destroying my chances of beating Misty (the only high leveled pokémon left on my team were Mankey, Charmander, and Raticate, who all proved themselves powerless against Misty's Starmie. As for my low-leveled ones: a Rattata and a Weedle...)
• Picked Charmander as my starter, named it Dragonborn.
• FOUND A SHINY PIDGEY ON ROUTE 1!!! Named it KuKluxxx (sorry, it was the first name that came to mind, for some reason. And no, I am not trying to offend anyone, nor am I a racist person, I just thought of it as some sort of pigeon sound.) and released the non shiny Pidgey I caught earlier.
• Caught a Rattata on route 2, named it Number 1.
• Tried to encounter a Mankey on route 22, found another Rattata instead, one hitted it with a crit.
• Caught a Caterpie in Viridian Forest, named it Hope as it's probably my only chance of defeating Brock's gym.
• Trained a bit, evolving Hope into a Metapod in the process, then defeated Assface on route 22 without any problems.
• Currently training all my pokémon to level 15 for the gym, Hope has already evolved and is now a Butterfree with Confusion. His name fits him better now, and I don't feel as crappy now that my "only hope" isn't a cocoon that hardly seems alive.

UPDATE #2:

Spoiler:

• On Route 29, caught a Sentret at level 2, and named him Sentret.
• On Route 46, I caught a Rattata and named her Athena, however, she died not too long after due to a critical hit from a Pidgey's tackle.
• On Route 30, I encountered a Kakuna, but I subsequently killed it with Hermes.
• Disappointingly, I found another Kakuna on Route 31, but this time I captured it and named him Pan.
• Discovered the Dark Cave, in which I found a Geodude, and named her Rockella.
• Finally made it to Violet City, and entered the Sprout Tower, and captured a new Rattata at level 4 and named him Arnold. He too fell to a critical hit, much like Athena... Starting to think my Rattatas are cursed.
• I put Pan in the PC Box, as I don't think he will be particularly useful for now.
• On Route 32, I found a Mareep at level 6 and captured it. Her name is Delia.
• Decided it was time to take on the Violet City gym, and defeated it easily by means of Rockella's Rock Throws and a Rock Polish, it was basically a 5 move battle.

Notes I've made so far:

1. I am having incredibly bad luck when it comes to training Rattatas... Two down so far.
2. Hermes has been a pleasant surprise so far, I never really considered him as a major player on my team, but he has very well earned a spot.
3. Poseidon is probably going to remain a support member at this stage in the game, he's a strong Pokemon, but Rockella and Hermes have been my work horses thus far.
4. Rockella is dominant, I'm hoping she's around enough for her to become a Golem.
5. I really don't know how Mareep will be utilized, but it should be a nice team member once it gets some STAB attacks.

[Troock]

I realised while I was training that "Hope" wasn't actually that good of a name for my Butterfree, as it wasn't at all my last hope to beat Brock. I realised soon after I wrote this update that Butterfree's Bug and Flying types were both weak against Rock (at first I thought Bug was resistant against Rock). Not only that, I also realised Charmander learns Metal Claw, which is super effective against both of Brock's pokémon. I am an idiot. Butterfree, which I renamed "Peanut", actually proved pretty useful fighting Brock's Onix, we would still have won without him though, it would only have been a little harder. Anyway, let's continue with the update.

Update 2

Spoiler:

• Realised Butterfree's nickname "Hope" wasn't as fitting as I thought it was, therefore changed it to "Peanut".
• Finished training and headed to the Pewter City Gym.
• Defeated the lonely Gym Trainer Liam and fought Brock:
  • Sent out Peanut to defeat Brock's Geodude using Sleep Powder followed by some Confusions.
  • Sent out Dragonborn against his Onix, noticed Rock Tomb doing much more and Metal Claw doing much less damage than anticipated, switched to Number 1.
  • Had Number 1 use some Tail Whips while holding its own very well against Onix, used a potion, some more Tail Whips, and then another potion on both Number 1 and Dragonborn.
  • Switched to Peanut, used Sleep Powder (luckily it didn't miss), couldn't switch because of Bind, used a Confusion, then switched to Dragonborn because Bind had worn off.
  • Had Dragonborn finish it with a single Metal Claw.
• Obtained Boulder Badge.
• Traveled to Mt. Moon, evolved Dragonborn into a Charmeleon and caught another Pidgey on route 3, named it "NotAsShiny".
• Caught a Geodude in Mt. Moon, named it "MickJagger".
• Trained MickJagger a bit and went through Mt. Moon.
• Picked Dome Fossil at the end of Mt. Moon.
• Talked with the fighting brothers outside of Mt. Moon.
• Caught a Spearow on route 4, named it "Beakinator" (couldn't really think of anything better).
• Entered Cerulean City.

You Should add an Ultimate Challengers and Champions section, cause I plan on going for that. I normally don't do Nuzlocke's correctly. I tend to catch a lower amount of Pokemon to keep them high leveled and less grinding, but I plan on doing it correctly now.

I like to keep it simple.

Chapter 1 - Crit Hits and Little ♥♥♥♥s

Day after day, I wonder what is going on outside this small town. I sit and watch the tall grass, wondering what is out there. I know there's Pokemon, but that's all I know. Today, I wake up, and decide, this is the day I'm stepping in that grass. I wake up, and sneak past my mom to leave. I walk out of my house, feeling the adrenaline increase as I get closer to the mysterious outside world. As I'm about to take my first step in, I hear a yelling behind me. "STOP! Don't go out there! It's unsafe!" I turn around and see an old man with a suit. He explains to me that he will give me a Pokemon and I'm bursting with excitement. I go inside and see my neighbor, Lake. "Sup, Pudz, ready to get some Pokemon?" He says incredibly cockily. I ignore him. I never really liked him. This old guy, Professor Oak, goes on to explain that he is doing research and needs someone to try and complete the Pokedex, however, he adds a twist. He says that we can only catch the first Pokemon on each route and all these other confusing rules. I just go with it. I'm too busy thinking of the Pokemon I'm going to get. He finally says we can pick our Pokemon. I decided to go with Squirtle, and name it River. Lake goes with Bulbasaur, since he always wants the advantage on me. We battle it out and I win. I retrieve Oaks Parcel for him in the next city and carry on with my day, eagerly ready to start my journey.

I walk into the tall grass for a while, and the first Pokemon jumps out at me. A weak Rattata. I hit it once and capture it. It's a female, so I name it Rachel. I then walk on over towards the grass to the east of the new city, Viridian City, and find a weak Mankey... Level 2. I catch it as well and name it Chip, only to realize after naming it, it's definitely a girl. I then start to grind them only to find terrible luck. Chip and Rattata BOTH die to a critical hit from a Pidgey. I was devasted. I moved on with just River into the patch north of Viridian. A Pidgey awesome. I go to train it and I'm outspeeding another Pidgey, we both have 1 hp left, and then boom, I MISS. And it takes me out. So far, this isn't looking too good. I am basically losing every battle I fight. I walk into Viridian Forest thinking nothings going to change, and I'm going to have the same luck. I walk into the grass to get a Potion and out comes a Level 5 Pikachu. WHATTT! I use a bubble and then capture my new teammate Sparky. We get through Viridian Forest as a team and I finally feel like things are going well.

I walk on up to Pewter City and notice a gym. It looks like the place I need to be. I find out this is a rock gym and River will do awesome here. I take out every single Pokemon in that gym with one hit and it's a great feeling. I guess my mom sent someone to get me some running shoes, so that I could move faster and that's pretty cool. I defeat all the trainers after Pewter and go to catch a Spearow. I crit hit OHKO it. Of course. Then I go into Mt. Moon and see a Geodude. I weaken it, look into my bag and realize that I'm out of balls. Ouch. Looks like it's just these 2 Pokemon until I get out of here....

Chapter 2: Lucky Moments
So, we left off at the beginning of Mt. Moon. I'm chucking through Mt. Moon when all of a sudden a Rattata uses Quick attack on me and crit hits Sparky to 1hp. PHEWWW. I thought he was done. I manage to defeat the rocket members and the scientist with ease. I retrieve my Dome Fossil and I'm on my way out of there. Right when I get out, I heal up, buy some Pokeballs and tackle the route that I just came from. I find a level 10 Spearow. I snag it and name it Fear. So, now, I guess I'm ready to face my rival, Lake. And, we are actually victorious! Thundershock against the Pidgeotto, Bites against the Rattata and Abra, and the Bulbasaur got pecked to death. It was a close match of Pokemon almost fainting, but we came out on top. I then defeat the amateur trainers on the way to Bill's house, leveling up some of my Pokemon quite a bit. And, on the way, I stumbled upon a level 14 Male oddish that I named Oliver. So, I help out that weird Pokemon thing and receive my passport to travel to Mex- The cruise ship. So yeah, I thought I'd do a Yellow Nuzlocke. Yellow is notoriously difficult to Nuzlocke due to the ludicrously high-level Gym leaders in the second half of the game, the horrible wild Pokemon distribution, and of course that level 63 Dragonite. So let's get happening!
This will be done as a sort of Journal layout; as such, it will not be particularly detailed in terms of blow-by-blow battle accounts, with the exception of the Elite Four. It will simply detail my progress, my team (including movesets), boxed and dead Pokemon at each interval, and any specific events or important items I gain in each area. Should be easy enough to follow. The format for each catch in an area is as follows:

• Trained Peanut to make sure that, if I were to find an Abra, Peanut would be fast enough to put it to sleep, enabling me to catch it.
• Forgot about the rival battle at Nugget Bridge, but won without much trouble again.
• Defeated all the trainers on Nugget Bridge to reach route 24.
• Hoped to find an Abra on route 24, found an Oddish, which was second on my list of what I wanted to find in that area, named the Oddish "Flora".
• Tried my luck again on route 25, no Abra, but a Kakuna instead, which also wasn't that bad, because of it learning Twineedle at level 20, named the Kakuna "Stinger" (I know, I'm getting lazy).
• Boxed Dragonborn and MickJagger to make room for Flora and Stinger.
• Defeated all the trainers on route 25 to get to Bill.
• Freed Bill of his pokémon form, and received the S.S. Ticket.
• Trained my whole team a lot on route 25, evolving KuKluxxx, Number 1, Beakinator, Flora and Stinger.
• Entered the Cerulean City Gym to defeat the Gym Trainers and fight Misty:
  • Sent out Flora against her Staryu.
  • Started spamming Absorb, which did quite a lot of damage, Misty healed after one Absorb brought her Staryu down to yellow.
  • Used one more Absorb, after which Staryu managed to confuse Flora with a single Water Pulse.
  • Tried to use Sleep Powder, as I realised I needed some time to heal and shake off the confusion, but Flora hurt herself 3 turns in a row.
  • Flora's confusion eventually forced me to heal her once, used another Absorb after that, as I knew the confusion would wear off soon.
  • As I thought Flora snapped out of it and finished Staryu off.
  • Sent out Peanut against Misty's Starmie, Peanut survived a crit from the Starmie and then managed to bring it to sleep and confuse it in the turn after.
  • Switched to Stinger, who was able to kill Starmie and thus defeat Misty using two Twineedles without Starmie waking up.
• Obtained Cascade Badge.
