I have, actually! I was so happy to have a shiny at the time (yes, even though everyone has one) since I had never had a shiny before, I just had to have it on my team.

The person below me has not played at least one version of each generation's main games (did I word that weirdly? I mean like one game from Gen I, II, III... etc. to VI).

Does in-battle count or all together? Because if it's the former, I think I beat the Elite Four in X without using any items in battle (and Diantha was over in six turns, only taking damage from Hawlucha). Otherwise, no.
