you killed zapdos, dusknoir, azelf, and i killed zong, azelf, and flygon. your flygon used outrage and it left my heracross with 64 hp and then i used close combat on your half dead flygon, thus killing it

Well we settled this and we battle with our last 3 reamining pokes and i won :)

Yes, you can.
The online time that it not allowed is when you are in the top 5, because you to to let people to give a try to rank up before re-challenging them.
