"Hmm? Oh yeah sure...what do you want to do, go back to your dorm in my PJs? If not, there's a few pairs of jeans and tees in there if you want to borrow those. Either way is cool," she said absent mindedly, putting her make-up on in the bathroom mirror. She didn't wear much - just some tinted moisturiser, eye pencil and mascara - it wasn't as though she was getting all dolled up, it was just a habit she'd gotten into over the years. She zipped up her make-up bag and went out into her room, grinning at Valorie as she returned Ri and Blu to their pokeballs, clipping them onto her belt and turning to Ryan with a bright smile as he watched her in confusion.
"I thought it was time we hung out a bit more, hey Ryan? Maybe go down to the beach and defeat a load of water pokemon again?" she asked the lightning mouse, holding out her arm for him to scamper up. Once he was safely on her shoulder, Sel looked round and checked her Poliwhirl clock - hmmm, it seemed later than she had first thought...CLASS! "Oh CRAP," she started, rushing over to her bag and throwing her stuff in it - pens, pencils, paper, book on fossils and excavation that she hadn't yet opened..."Ummm Valorie, you do realise we're running late for class..? But don't you worry," she turned to Valorie and grinned widely, "I will certainly be holding you to that drink. It'll be good to hang out...both just us and the whole group, no sweat! So, do you want to borrow some of my clothes or still go to your dorm? I don't know what time your class starts..." she grabbed her key card and dorm key and gave them to Valorie. "I have to run to class...but you take your time and you can give me these when we meet up after class," she waved as she closed the door to her room, running through the dorm with Ryan hanging onto her bag strap for dear life.
Entering the classroom, Sel looked around and took a deep sigh of relief - the teacher wasn't there. She must not have been so late after all...looking round she found she didn't recognise many people...but she did recognise Blaze. She wandered over to him and stood next to him at the window, seeing Jack sleeping at his desk and laughing slightly - someone was out battling until late! "How's it going Blaze?" she asked, perching on the window ledge and looking out of the window with him, "can't wait to get out there can you?" Ryan looked at Blaze with wide eyes "Pi Pika Pi" he said quietly in Sel's ear, and Sel looked at Blaze, tilting her head slightly. "You're right...hey Blaze, you've evolved! That's so cool, congratulations!"
