Its moves should be Mega horn/Stone Edge/Substitute/Earthquake

I personally think Hammer Arm should replace the Substitute ;D

Oh wait those were the wrong EVs xD that was another one I was working on, this one is. . . 132 HP/212 Atk/164 Spe

And na, this Rhyperior is meant to force switches by going into a a fight were it wouldn't get hurt so you can set up a substitute and then you can just hammer away at the opposition with its STAB moves.
