I thought I would put up what I currently have so nobody thinks I quit this. I will finish it off later on.

NAME: Samuel "Twitch" Harrow
GENDER: Male

GROUP: PATI
POWER: (We discussed this) Super-hearing. Sam can hear better than any other human. He has the ability to turn it off mostly so that it becomes slightly better than a normal hearing. It can allow him to hear things more than a mile away when he is still. It is because of this that Twitch is rarely ambushed.
JOB: Watcher
APPEARANCE: Twitch is a lightly-built person. He has muscles but they are the kind that hide under the skin until they are used. His shoulders are not as wide as an average man. He is light on his feet and incredibly nimble. He is only 5'6" tall and has light brown hair. His hair hangs short and messy around his head. His eyes are a pale brown near the pupil and fades outward into a pale blue.
Twitch used to wear very finely made white shirts during formal meetings and much more ordinary clothes the rest of the time. Those clothes were admitedly tailored straight for him by a family tailor. This was before the vaccination when he was rich. He now wears a plain dark green t-shirt and a pair of heavily worn black jeans. He carries a bandolier of knives. The knives are of many different types, no 2 being the same. There are 12 of them in total. 3 of them are combat knives, all with the same handle style. One combat knife is thin and the length of his forearm, another is short and thick. The last one is of a length similar to the other and the blade is serrated.
Twitch carries a VSS 'CheyTac' sniper rifle on a belt on his back. He sometimes carries a customized crossbow. The crossbow has a spring feed that slots another quarrel into the chamber when the string is pulled back. He also has a scope attatched to the top of it. Twitch never uses a bayonett though. He carries the quarrels in a special loading box that is like a clip. Each clip is colour-coded to say which kind of quarrels are in it.
FIGHTING: Twitch will try to pick his opponents off at range using his sniper. He prefers to cut down their numbers before getting attacked. In close combat he will stick next right next to his opponent. He will stick to them closely, preventing them from landing any heavy blows and allowing him to easily dodge most attacks. He will use his throwing knives to slow down or incapacitate his opponents and a combat knife to take them down properly.
Occasionally Twitch carries his crossbow. He carries some special quarrels with this. They have impact triggered explosives. The explosive has a 5 second countdown after impact before going off. It isn't a large blast but it can blow a small hole in a brick wall. These quarrels are in short supply so he won't use them lightly. He also carries normal quarrels and a strong rope.
WEAKNESS(ES): His ears are both his greatest strength and weakness. If he is in a large bustling space with lots going on then he will get dizzy very quickly. If a loud noise happens right next to him then he will go unconscious and will be mostly deaf for the next day.
PERSONALITY: Twitch is a very silent person. He is professional and calm in usual circumstances. He is cautious when he is on a scouting movement. He is calculating and precise. He doesn't make very many friends but will risk his life for those that he does. Twitch acts as though he is a machine when his past is mentioned. His movements become mechanical and his face becomes completely impassive. If he doesn't say anything then inquiring further could make him angry.
Twitch won't lose his temper easily. His history is the only known subject that can cause it. He will sometimes teach new people how to scout but doesn't often like rookies. They often have a way of getting those near them killed by being careless or just not being very careful. Twitch cares for his weapons. He used to cut notches in the handles of his weapons, but this got pointless when one of his handles broke from the number of notches.
Twitch has had some happiness during his times after the vaccination, but they are few and far between. He does care deeply for his older comrades. He prefers not to risk the lives of those around him but will put down anyone who threatens the safety of the PATI. Twitch rarely makes a decision without thinking it through. He is one of the few people who actually believe in the saying 'personal is not the same as important'. This isn't so much of a hinderance because he can think quickly on his feet.

NAME: Mikaela Lynn Warren
GENDER: Female
AGE: 17
GROUP: Elemental Trio
POWER: Hydro/Cryokinesis: Mikaela possesses the ability to manipulate the particles of water in order to completely control water. She often uses her power to slap enemies and can alter the density of water in order to push back and often times cut opponents.
She more often, when in a difficult battle, will lower or rise the temperature of water to freeze or scald enemies. This is often more effective in difficult Monster battles.
APPEARANCE: Mikaela has a pale complexion and stands at a height of 5'8". She has a heart-shaped face and a button nose, and her hair falls down in a waterfall of dark brown waves, and her eyes are a chocolate brown. She has an athletic build and she's evenly proportioned. What others would call "pretty". Though that fact doesn't much matter these days.
She is normally wearing combat-friendly, yet fashionable clothes. Maybe a short-sleeve shirt and skinny jeans with black converse. She likes dresses too, but doesn't find much of an occasion for wearing them...sometimes she does it just because.
FIGHTING: Mikaela doesn't use weapons, instead relying heavily on her powers of water manipulation to get her through battles. She's moderately skilled in hand-to-hand combat, and often combines her abilities with her fighting.
WEAKNESS(ES): Mikaela can't use her powers without a separate source of water to take from. This is why she often carries a bottle of water with her, but these proportions make her significantly underpowered as opposed to her full abilities when a body of water is accessible.
PERSONALITY: Mikaela is a pretty chill kind of girl, though that often conflicts with her expectations as "leader" of the Elemental Trio, so she tries to overcompensate by being extremely serious about defending those who need defending. She's generally a sweet girl, but she does have a nice sense of sarcasm and uses it often.
She likes to joke a lot, but also knows when to be serious. She hates those "Infected" who think that they are better than everyone, hence her rivalry with the leader of the Psys. She's very dedicated to the eradication of those beings that pose a threat to humanity...even if humanity doesn't consider her "human" anymore.
HISTORY: Born in California, Mikaela had a pretty nice life. She went to a nice school and got good grades, and her mother was always proud of her. Her father was pretty much absent for most of her life. When the news of the new "disease" that was "fatal", her mother insisted that they both get vaccinated as fast as possible. And they were.
But things were bad a few weeks after that doctor visit. Her mother didn't act the same. She seemed sick. Soon, she didn't seem like herself at all. One day, when Mikaela returned home from school, her mother was a shadow of her former self...a monster. She tried to attack Mikaela, but seemed to realize what she was doing and ran off. Mikaela hasn't seen her since.
When the news broke of the new pandemic that was plaguing the United States, Mikaela assumed that her mother was dead and is continuously mourning inside. It was during this time that she discovered her powers over controlling water, and once the "civilized" humans shunned her, she harnessed those abilities in order to survive. Soon she met up with others like her, and formed the "Elemental Trio". Together they continue to fight for their lives and for humanity, as well as against others like them who want them dead.
