    Most of the 4th gen pokemon are terribly designed and they are all ugly.
    But I'll go with Probopass

    Meganium definitely is the ugliest in my opinion, it was cute in Gen2 but now it looks big and fat.

    For me, Gyarados, Metagross (or the whole family, really), and the Mudkip family.
