Hey guys, just wanted to ask all of you a favor. If you have a really long post for your updates, could you please put some of it in spoilers? There's a really long string of long posts leading up to this one, and I just want to keep things looking neat and organized as possible. You don't have to, it's not like a rule, but it would be much appreciated. Also, including game and badge count in every update would help me out a lot.

Game: Black
Type: Fighting
Badges: 8/8
E4/Endgame: Complete

After finishing my Steel monotype on Black 2, I decided to go ahead and finish my Fighting mono on Black that I started at the same time. I left off on my last update with defeating Elesa, and I decided to pretty much speed through the rest of the game by skipping all trainers, and just relying on Audino to keep my levels up. Clay was easy to defeat, and I just used Conkeldurr's Rock Slide to defeat Skyla. Brycen was also easy with my fighting types, and I just used brute force to defeat Drayden's dragons. I did all of the Team Plasma storyline as well, and then took on the Elite 4 for the first time with my levels around 53 I think. I started Caitlin who I had to basically solo with Scrafty, then I moved on to Marshall who I just used brute force to defeat. Next I took on Shauntal who was easily defeated with Scrafty, and Grimsley was a joke with my Fighting types. Then I grinded the team to level 73 before taking on the Elite 4 again. Since I used the same basic strategy for both E4 challenges, I won't repeat myself.

Black Team:
[PokeCommunity.com] The Ultimate Monotype Challenge
Emboar / lv75 / Assurance, Brick Break, Scald, Flamethrower
[PokeCommunity.com] The Ultimate Monotype Challenge
Conkeldurr / lv75 / Strength, Rock Slide, Brick Break, Hammer Arm
[PokeCommunity.com] The Ultimate Monotype Challenge
Sawk / lv74 / Brick Break, Close Combat, Dig, Grass Knot
[PokeCommunity.com] The Ultimate Monotype Challenge
Scrafty / lv75 / Crunch, Dragon Claw, Hi Jump Kick, Brick Break

I'll edit this post in a moment with my next challenge.

EDIT: Ok, I've decided that I will sign up for a couple of ultimate challenges because I have a large library of Pokemon games that I would like to use, and because I'll have a decent amount of free time in the next month. Since I will be playing a large number of games at the same time, I will be playing in a pick up and play style. So here are my sign ups:

Eeeeeeeeeyyyy! Guess who's back? No. You guessed wrong.

Back for another single challenge. Frankly, Platinum was crap, since it was really hard to grind and such. So this time, I'm taking it easy with Audinos in Gen V.

Ultimate Ice Update 1: Red 8/8

I already beat Red. :P
Since there are no Ice types before the 3rd gym, I traded a Seel from my storage Crystal.

Here is my team, I keep forgetting what terrible move sets RBGY have. xD
Spoiler:

I'll see you next update. :)

OP updated through Post #1970. Keep up the good work guys, almost to 2000!

Hey gents! Figured it was time to run my own!
Because I'm running the Tri-Species and the Ultimate challenge, all 3 pokemon I'm going to use are in the game (and with my luck, have the worst IVs ever).

Username: SomaQL
Single/Ultimate: Single (for now huehuehue)
Type: Water
Game: LG
Team (When fully evolved): OmaStar, Starmie, Seaking
(note that these are just wild pokemon I caught using encounter codes, so they technically count!)
Edit: It was the Duo-Species, not the tri, so Seaking gets to die a premature death)
R.I.P. Seaking
Using codes to get your Pokemon violates the hacking rule. I'm sorry, your Duo Species does not qualify for this challenge.

Just a quick question, does anyone here know how to bypass the thing that prevents pokemon that are not in the Kanto Pokedex from evolving in LeafGreen before getting the National Dex? I completely forgot about it when I hacked Shuppet into LeafGreen from the event. Any help would be awesome. :D
I have yet to come up with a solid solution for LG. I can bypass it in FR, by loading the save in a MurkyRed hack rom. But I haven't found a good equivalent for LG.

You may use the Universal Pokèmon Randomizer to get Banette just set the option: "Give National Dex at Start"... I can give you the link.. but I think you don't want to start over again xD
