1. I do not clone, hack, etc. If any of my pokemon are, I wouldn't know. If you do find a hacked Pokemon and would like a refund, I will do so gladly.
2. Please, be patient, I may have others in front of you, and I may have to breed/hatch the pokemon first. If you aren't patient, or start to get angry, I have the right to refuse to trade with you.
3. My Pokedex Entries Pokemon are not up for grabs. They are mine and are merely for Pokedex Entries in your Pokedex. I will not give them to you under any circumstance.
4. I will accept Cloned Pokemon, however, unless legit, Hacked Pokemon are unacceptable.
5. I may have forgotten about your trade. Feel free to send me a PM if I have and I will try to get back to you.
6. Do not ask for my Friend Code. It's in my signature as well as shortly below here. Use your eyes first.
7. I will not just give you my Pokemon. I have a list of what I want. I will accept Items or Pokemon. If you want to give me an Item, just catch something useless and attach the Item to it and we'll trade.
8. I don't IV breed/train my Pokemon. Feel free to do that yourself, but I don't really have the time.
9. If you just want to trade to evolve a Pokemon, feel free to ask, I don't mind at all.
10. If you don't see the Pokemon you want and it's a bit more common than those listed, feel free to ask, I may have one!
11. Please enjoy yourself, I mean no hassle, although it may sound like it. Pokemon is a game, and it is meant for enjoyment.

I don't think so. I got it from a friend who I think used Action Replay, but I'm not 100% sure on that, I think there's a way to get a Lvl 1 Deoxys.
