And yes, I remember you. :)

1) I am an overrated Pokemon.

3) Maylene has one of my kind.
4) I have a unique move only 2 non-legendary Pokemon can learn through leveling up.

Eevee is not fighting type, and the only three brothers I can think of is the Eevee brothers...
So it may be something else... Or I was right!

So guess this one:

1) Although it's a fast Dark-type it can not learn Sucker Punch
2) Along with it's Evolution, it's the only Pokemon that is Dark/Ice type
3) It is extremely vicious and will not stop attacking until its foe is incapable of moving
