All of those PCNYs that I've considered hacked are spread all over many forums. Your PCNYs match the ID and nature of the hacks I and some of my friends have (you may even state their date if you wish). Your friend may be/is lying or he got one from a hacker/etc.

Added note: the Gloom has 0 IVs in all stats.
And I don't want the Sunday Wobbuffet
