    • Rattata. Despite Arceus being "God", Mew is still originally thought to be the first Pokemon, not to mention Arceus isn't first in the 'Dex (nor is Mew, but hey). Even Victini, which isn't as great as a lot of other legendaries, is first in its regional 'Dex.

    Mew being the first Pokemon vs. Arceus being the first Pokemon?
