This or That - Pokemon Edition

Hi I'm your resident Moderator remaking dead threads.

Rules are simple, first one asks "this" or "that" and next person answers and asks next one. Also tell us why you chose that one if you just can.

Example:

Poster 1: Cyndaquil or Charmander?
Poster 2: Cyndaquil because [insert reason here]. Bulbasaur or Chikorita?

And so on and so forth. You can do anything Pokemon related, such as Trainers, Items, etc etc.

To start off:

Cleffa or Igglybuff?

Cheren or Bianca?

Cheren. He was a real rival, bianca just helped you.
Mega Charizard X or Mega Charizard Y.

Mega Charizard X. I prefer its design.
Starly or Pidgey?

Starly, because it is stronger and has better evolutions.
Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y.

Mega Mewtwo Y - I haven't played X or Y yet (cries), but I like it's design better as Mewtwo X looks more of a physical attacker, while I prefer special-type attacks. Mewtwo Y looks much more of a special-type attacker.

Latias or Latios?

Latias no reason why i just like it a lot more than i like Latios


Plusle or Minun?

Minun. Blue is a better color matched with yellow.

Single-type Pokemon or double-type Pokemon?

Double-type Pokemon because it's more diverse.

Kyogre or Groudon?

Kyogre because I like its shiny form, it beats Groudon in terms of type and you can catch it in HeartGold, my favourite game.

Mystery Dungeon or Ranger?

Mystery Dungeon because it has the better name and I don't know anything about either.

Bicycle or roller skates?

The bicycle. Can't get enough of riding it.

Entei or Raikou?

Entei, it's a fire type and it's so fluffy!

Celadon City or Goldenrod City?

Goldenrod, I prefer everything about it, especially not needing Cut to get to the Gym!

Hoenn or Unova

Illumise design is way cuter!

Palkia or Dialga

Palkia. Although I prefer Dialga's design, I prefer the water/dragon type rather than the steel/dragon type. I also think Palkia's statistics are better.
Plus.. it represents space! Who doesn't love that? :P
"It is said that space becomes more stable with Palkia's every breath."

Rayquaza or Deoxys?

Rayquaza, I hate all this "forms" stuff, it just makes it confusing. Ok, the concept is kinda cool but I still don't like it. Also, Rayquaza is a giant green death dragon. 'nuff said.

Magikarp or Feebas?

Magikarp, because...
1. It's not annoying to find (Very easy to come across)
2. It's easy to evolve (Level 20 is easier than Max Beauty/Trading)
3. Gyarados is better than Milotic.

Fairy or Psychic?

Fairy. Hard choice for me as I really like both types, but Fairy has got some really nice new Pokemon and helped balance things out.
