There are two sides to the culture. Thehigher class is what you would expect, rotten kids, fancy dinners every night,ostentatious cars and glamorous homes. But the other side of the community arepretty much dirt poor. But the poor kids study hard and get rich, while therich kids spend all their parents money and become poor because they never tookschool seriously. But not every family falls into one of these groups. Somewealthy families teach their children about the importance of school, and somepoor families lose hope and waste their life working as janitors and spendingall their money on alcohol.
History: Galladia is often discounted in world wide wars. They don't getinvolved in conflict, and keep to themselves. Think Switzerland, in terms ofneutrality. They have long been known for their innovations in electronics, and recent improvements are due to the creative mind of Mr. Fresh. They have a solid economy, and are on trading terms with nearly every country. Military on the other hand, is very weak, and they will only fight if they are threatened directly. There has always been a huge seperation in class, with a very small middle class, huge lower class, and exremely wealthy aristocracy.
Important People:
Mr. Fresh: "Mr. Fresh" is a mysterious man.Nobody knows if that is his real name or not. He owns Red Industries (RougeIndustries as it is commonly called), a lucrative electronics company. Hehimself is a tall 6'6", and has short blonde hair and blue eyes. He has nofacial hair, wears expensive suits, and has no family. The fact that nobodyknows anything about him suggests that he has something to hide. Age: 34
Evan Sommer: Evan Sommer is a conman. He hasnever been caught, is a master at forging signatures and has an eye for art.Often suspected of stealing classic works from famous artists, he is verysuccessful, and very slippery. Like Mr. Fresh, he wears expensive suits,tuxedos, and fedoras. He is very handsome, very smart, and very careful. He wasborn a conman, but the only hand he hasn't been accused of stealing from is Mr.Fresh's. Age: 16
Vincent Vasoi: Vincent (Vinnie as his familycalls him) is from a poor family. He is very ambitious, and is in a big schoolstudying nuclear science. He is a senior, and Projet Cerberus has already beenlooking into him. He has a lot of potential, but his old friends from thestreet are bringing him down. He has to choose either to ditch his friends orrisk his career. Age: 18
Marie Decreux: Marie is Mr. Fresh'ssecretary. She is the only person known to have a personal relation with Mr.Fresh. It is suspected they are lovers, but they are only friends, and Mariewill be quick to back up that point. Age: 29
Céline Gallei: Céline Gallei is theonly person from Mr. Fresh's past that is still alive. She wants revenge, forwhat reason is unknown, and she is very sneaky. She wants to bring him down,but she wants him to suffer first. Age: 32
Admiral Gustav: Gustav is a military man, hisfather and his grandfather being in the Navy. His older Brother is a General,and he holds great power over the Navy. (Well duh, he's an admiral) He isstrictly business, having no family of his own. And at the age of 55, heprobably wont be having any children.
