My list is kinda short:

5. Beat the Champion
4. Do some breeding
3. Level my team to level 100
2. Catch all the Legendaries
1. Do some online battles or battles against my friends

1. Choose the girl trainer and name her Lisa.
2. Catch the region's cat Pokemon.
3. Conquer all the gyms.
4. Thwart whatever team is up to nefarious deeds in the region.
5. Beat the Elite Four and become Champion.
6. Complete the Pokedex
7. Get my main play-through team to level 100.
8. Breed Pokemon especially for online battles.
9. EV train the Pokemon mentioned in #8.
10. Get my properly EV/IV raised Pokemon to level 100 as well.
