Oh man, I really can't choose "of all time", but I'll go for "of right now." I think that's fair. Haha. (In no particular order.)

"You Won't Know" - Brand New
    "My Girls" - Animal Collective
    "Anything Goes" - Cole Porter
    "Staying Alive" - Cursive
"Waltz #2 (XO)" - Elliott Smith

    Such great songs.

I change my opinion practically constantly, so I'm just gonna list the first five that come into my head as being songs that have remained my favourites for a long period of time.

Audioslave - Shadow On The Sun
    At the Drive-In - Cosmonaut
    Radiohead - Talk Show Host
    Elbow - Newborn
The Mars Volta - Cygnus... Vismund Cygnus

Each have a personal meaning to me, so they remain favourites and stand out above the rest of the pretentious music I listen to.

I'll probably have a different set by tomorrow, but what the hell.

    1. Perfect Day - Lou Reed
    2. Five String Serenade - Mazzy Star
    3. My Will is Good - Port O'Brien
    4. Don't Fear the Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult
    5. 1979 - Smashing Pumpkins

I'm terrible at exact orders... so this is not accurate.

I'm amazed at everyone's very diverse tastes. It makes my top 5 favourite songs look shabby. XD; Anyway, my top 5 are:
Overprotected [The Darkchild Remix] - Britney Spears
I just love this song. Its lyrics are pretty awesome for a Britney Spears song, and they're suited to my life and describe it perfectly.
    Mannequin - Britney Spears
I could listen to this song over and over again and not get bored of it. Its amazing beats just lure you in and put you in a trance. Its lyrics are also great (if you can actually hear them).
    Bad Romance - Lady GaGa
This is one of my favourite songs by Lady GaGa since its lyrics and instrumental just blow me away. I love how the song slows down then explodes with a full-throated final chorus.
    Telephone - Lady GaGa
This song's lyrics and song composition are just epic. It starts off slow, builds up during the bridge, then explodes with a rapid-fire chorus and a killer middle verse, followed by the final chorus and finishes with the same slow tune as the beginning. It's the kind of song that draws you in, hypnotises you, makes you love it, and when it ends, leaves you begging for more. Its lyrics are also amazing. Sometimes, when I'm feeling down, I just listen to that song, wishing I could just shout it to the people around me.

I find it funny how people were finding it hard to pick just 5 out of so many of their favourite songs, but I found it hard to pick 5 songs because there aren't many good songs that I know. I do have some more favourite songs, but they're not exactly fit for this list.
