  • No need to say characteristics here. And there's no point in saying the types of the moves when we already know what they are.

There's no point in running Mega Garchomp if Tyranitar or Hippowdon aren't around to provide it with sandstorm support. MegaChomp's lowered Speed in comparison to its regular form makes it not worth using outside of sand teams. Stick to regular Garchomp, please:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Stone Edge
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Yache Berry/Haban Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang/Fire Blast
    -Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

Use the new Blissey you intend to breed. Blissey is too offensively weak to utilize Softboiled + 3 attacks:
    -Aromatherapy
    -Softboiled
    -Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
    -Thunder Wave/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

I'm not sure if regular SubDisable Gengar can work here, but here are other suggestions:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Substitute/Protect
    -Focus Blast/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Mega Gengar is a good trapper for the team as well, since I removed Garchomp from the Mega slot:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast
    -Disable/Hypnosis
    -Substitute/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gengarite

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gengarite

Since Talonflame already has priority in Gale Wings, change the EV spread to 192 HP/252 Atk/4 Def/60 Spe. Note that Talonflame is 4x weak to Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin support is crucial to its success. Starmie or Avalugg can do this for you:
    Avalugg
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Avalugg:
    -Avalanche
    -Earthquake/Stone Edge/Roar
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy/Ice Body
