Ok, any ideas for that rock pokemon?

I'm not too good with rock pokemon, I usually specialise in Grass, Water or Electric.

yeah i agree with neji. i would start out with torchic. and also about your friend, if your friend did take your emerald and you found out that he did, i would go over his house and trick him into proof that he stole your emerald and take it back.

Ok guys, having some trouble with Brawly...I've got the Wingull, but it won't stay alive long enough to use Wing Attack (that IS what I'm meant to be using right?) and also, I'm struggling to find a good ground pokemon...any ideas?

Sometimes it's really hard to give up friends.
