Dayyyyyy 4!
Fuchsia city was the next destination. After the longest couple of routes in the world, I finally made it. A well deserved rest later, I challenged the gym.
Koga was flattened in no time, uhh.. flat. No challenge here what so ever. His Koffings, Weezing, and Muk, all fell victom to Valor and Haste.
With the Soulbadge in hand, Saffron city was the goal. Once there, I had found the Silph co building was under the controll of Team Rocket! Those feinds! It was up to me, Haste, and Valor to take 'em down. I had long ago figured out the fastest route to the top, and Giovanni was pretty easy. Again though, Kangaskhan took more than one hit to take down (allthogh I suppose Valor's rather low attack stat is to blame for this).
There were two gyms. I went to the fighting dojo first, and left the place a burning wrekage. Sabrina's gym was next. To this day, I still find her gym to be the most annoying.
Sabrina was no challenge regardless. Kadabra fell with just one bite from Haste, and Venomoth was burned to death by Flamethrower. Mr. Mime was no problem, except for Hyperpotion's. Finally Alakazam fell victim to Extremespeed.
Sabrina's Marshbadge set me off to Cinnabar Island. Where the gym was locked. The pokemon masnion was apperently the place to get the key. While there I grabbed a Solarbeam TM. It might come in handey. I found the key and headed to Cinnabar gym.
Blaine was not hard at all. Growlithe, Vulpex, Rapidash, and Arcanine were no trouble at all. Arcanine lasted the longest with Blaine accadently all of his HyperPotions on Arcanine. It didn't help though. Winning ganted me the Volcaino badge.
Just as I got out of the Cinabar gym, Bill asked me if I wanted to go to the Sevi Islands with him. I totally wanted to go the Sevi Islands, so I accepted his invintation. Once there, Bill helped Celeio with his network machine. He requested I deliver a meteiorite to his friend on Two island. I promptly went to Tow Island, and found that Bill's friend whas worried sick over Lostelle. he wanted me to go check for her on Three island. When I got to Three Island, it was being over run with bickers. I easily dispached them, and got word that Lostelle was in Berry forest. I had
finally made my way to Lostelle. She was being harrased by a Hypno, and it was up to me to save her. We made it back to Two Island, where Bills friend was waiting. I fainally got the chance to give the Metior to Bills friend, and got a moon stone for my troubles. *sigh* At least I got something. When All was said and done, Bill apologised for not being able to show me the islands, and promised me he woud show me around next time.
Back at Cinnabar, it felt like a good place to call it a night, and save my game.
