@Stingray- I dig the SU, still feel bad about all the crap I put you through making it but I have one gripe with it, please drop the daggers; stick to one weapon/martial art regardless if you use them a lot or not... Besides that little point your ACCEPTED!
    @Purplelemonade-
Okay so I've run into a little problem with a bunch of people asking me to join the RP in PM's and so I've gotta think this out please... technically your number 2 or 3 on the list on this point.. Give me a bit to sort it all out please.

    EDIT

Forget that, I've decided to add two more roleplayers to the max list, Purplelemonade and Jana are both reserved for 48 hours.

    EDIT EDIT

So the class system seems to be becomming useless at this point as most everyone is picking Bondist... Despite my best efforts... As of right now I'm going to leave it unchanged but it may be subject to change once the RP has gotten started.

I was going to choose Spiritualist... Anyway, SU's nearly done, so it should be up within the hour.

    *Insert witty comment here*

    Name: Thale Martin Edwards
    Gender: Male
    Age: 18

Appearance: Thale stands at roughly 6ft, and his skin is quite pale. His hair is a dark brown, and not styled in anyway, being rather messy, although it is cut fairly short. He is not particularly 'macho', but he doesn't care much for that sort of thing. His eyes are a pale blue, almost verging on grey, which make him look ever so creepy.

His clothes are of a fairly dark colouration too, keeping him completely concealed in the shadows, but at the same time, look completely ridiculous in the situation. He wears black, trousers; allowing him to move quickly without making more than a whisper of sound. A white shirt, which is mostly covered by a black blazer, and a blue/purple (Much like the colour of a Monozu's skin-clour) coloured tie. To top it all off, Thale has a tendency to wear a top-hat, with a blue-ish band above the rim, making him even more ridiculous in the situation.

Anyone who ran into him in the street would think he was going to a wedding or some other kind of formal event. Little do they know, this is Thale's idea of casual clothing…

Personality: Thale has never been the most open person. Given the choice he would work by himself, using the shadows as cover. He prefers to stick to himself, too. But this is not due to the fact he is anti-social, it's just because it's harder to lose someone you know personally. He has been known to open up to people, or more primarily Pokemon, but he's often rather stay on his own.

During even the harshest of times, Thale barely shows any signs of fear, or worry, and will usually be the one going to fight back. He's also not the kind of person who "Does things by the book", using complex, and often life-threatening tactics in order to win. Thale is also a firm believer of luck, and often thinks it is something he has a lot of. He carries around a coin (Soon to be replaced by his Pokésoul), which he uses to make difficult decisions.

History: Thale was born in the main village (Yet to be named as far as I can see), but has spent very little time there. His mother worked as a tailor in the village, and his father worked in one of the larger settlements as a teacher. Thale never saw his father much in his early years, but as he grew older, he began to see less and less of his mother too.

Thale often wandered away from the village, simply to spend time on his own. It was the only place he could get some peace and quiet. During this time, he often climbed trees and hid in-between rocks, and then jumping out, scaring passers-by.

As time went on, this became less of a simple practical joke, and something much more serious, theft. Thale began to steal things from people around the village. Most of the time he'd make it out un-seen, but he'd occasionally be spotted, and chased. It was hard to keep a low-profile in a village as small as the one he lives in, which further heightened his abilities.

This continued for a while, stealing, running, ect, until Thale came across a wild Monozu. The Pokémon was vicious, attacking him at first glance. The boy used every ounce of energy to dodge the incoming flurry of DragonBreath and NightSlash. Thale managed to fend it off with a fallen branch, which soon caused the Monozu to run. Thale rarely ever saw that Monozu again. He might catch a glimpse of one every so-often, but there was no way of telling if it was the same one.

At the age of 17, Thale was still up to his usual acts, and had once again headed into the forest. At which point, he came across the Monozu. However, this time, another Pokémon was first to attack. Thale stayed hidden as a Machoke slammed itself into the Monozu, causing considerable damage. Thale waited for the opportune moment, and then attacked the Machoke from behind. It was one hell of a risky move, as Thale was unarmed and against one of the most physically powerful Pokémon of all time, but it worked. The Machoke toppled backwards, and lay unconscious.

On Thale's way back to the village, the Monozu began to follow him home. Thale was annoyed by this, but soon accepted the Dragon/Dark Pokémon, which soon became one of his only friends.

A couple of months later, Thale found out who was being chosen as a "Guardian", him.

    Class: Spiritualist

First Pokésoul: Thale's first Pokésoul was that of a Monozu, nicknamed "Sazan". This will only further his stealth abilities, which are already rather adept. The Pokémon's soul manifests itself as a coin, which Thale uses to make difficult decisions. At first, it was a simple gold coin, but after being fused with Monozu, it changed quite a bit. One side (Heads) has the image of a Monozu head facing forward, bearing a mincing grin. The other side (Tails) has a ring of red dots, much like Monozu's mane. The coin is a dark grey, almost as if it were made of stone, and the blue parts of Monozu's face are light silver.

Weapon/Fighting style: Thale's weaponry involves hitting fast, hitting hard, and most importantly, hitting when no-one can see you. Thale uses the ever-classic bow and arrow, attack from a far rather than engaging up close. When fighting, he will either use his bow as described above, or use a short-sword, which can be used in either stealth-killing, or upfront fighting.

While he specialises in stealth/sharpshooting, when it comes to close quarters, full-on combat, he begins to falter. Unless of course, he is able to fight dirty…

    Name: Jak Salvatore

    Gender: Male

    Age: 19

Appearance: Jak, being a ninja (see history), is all about blending in with his surroundings. Since he lives in an area with lots of mountains and bamboo, a primary colour in the landscape is brown.

Luckily, Jak was born with just the appearance for his dull surroundings. He has dark brown hair that is short up the back and has a big, spiky fringe up the front, with little bits of hair sticking up at random. His hair sticks this way naturally and, no matter how much he grooms it, it always returns to the same position. The lightest part of him is his slightly tanned skin, which could give him away if someone knew what they were looking for. His eyes are black.

Clothing wise, Jak actually looks pretty good. He covers his torso with a shirt with short sleeves. The shoulders and around the neckline are a dark brown, much like his hair, and the part that covers the rest of his torso is a light brown with a striped pattern. He wears dark brown cargo trousers that are comfortable enough to run and execute any techniques. He has thin shoes that are the same colour as his pants.

To finish of his look, Jak wears a traditional bandanna that covers his mouth.

    Spoiler:

Personality: Serious and quiet, Jak is interested in security and peaceful living. He is extremely thorough, responsible, and dependable in a tough situation. He is calm and has well-developed powers of concentration. Usually he is interested in supporting and promoting his family's traditions and establishments. He is used to working hard and as a result is organized, and he works steadily towards his goals. He can usually accomplish any task once they have set their mind to it.

Friendship is a high virtue on Jak's list, and he makes it his business to be loyal and faithful to his friends, no matter what situation they are in. He doesn't stand for bullying and is never intimidated by thugs because he knows he is much more stronger and smarter than most of them. Jak lives by his ninja training, and will usually train for over 4 hours a day most weeks. He also likes to follow things with precision and by the book.

One of Jak's favourite and most calming activities is glassblowing, which is how his trinket came along.

History: Jak was born into a highly traditional family. His father was a professional ninja and made sure it was of great importance in his son's life that he succeded him in the art. Jak was an only child and his mother was rarely around because she was always trading with other villages. Jak and his dad became very close, and by the age of 9 he was very skilled in combat.

It was during that year that a few things happened. The first was that his father presented him with a special fuma shuriken, made from the strongest tungsten available at the time. Jak was heavily moved by the gift and started training even harder. He became consumed by the weapon and, unbeknownst to him at the time, he would become a dangerous force by the time he was 19 (the current time in the essay).

It was also the year that he met his future partner. He had been training in the forest, destroying a tree with a katana, when an egg had fallen out of it. Surprised, Jak took it in his arms and realised it was about to hatch. Sure enough, in a few minutes cracks had appeared and then it completely opened. Sitting in front of him was a Woshibon. The small bird Pokemon instantly mistook Jak for it's mother and followed him all the way home. Jak later called the little soul 'Valour'.

Years later, the pair had become inseparable. Valour had become more skillful after training and was Jak's best friend and partner. The two had trained together and had developed unique patterns of combat. Jak realised that the only way the pair could truly become one was to bond with Valour using the Pokesoul method. So Jak fashioned his finest glassblowing creation and began training to become a Pokesoul.

    Class: Spiritualist

First Pokesoul: Washibon (nicknamed Valour). The trinket is a glass feather that was created by Jak. It was the first time he actually poured his heart and soul into a glassblowing creation. Since bonding with Valour through pokesoul method, the feather has turned to pure diamond and occasionaly rainbow flashes can be seen across it's surface.
    Spoiler:

Weapon/Fighting style: Jak has been training for years to weild a four bladed Fuma Shuriken. He has named the blade Blitz and it can fold into one blade for close combat and easy storage in his belt. He also is a ninja in training (see history) and knows many combat techniques.

RP Example: From Path to Light and Darkness: End Game
    Spoiler:

So yeah, thats it. Hope it works for ya :D

@Grifspark- Everything in your SU seemed to work for me, interesting how he was chosen so late to be a guardian considering some were told at a young age... Maybe I'll use that in some dialogue (But I digress).Everything was perfect aside from one little thing, a big part of this RP is going to be combat, and the bow as well as the silent killing seems to take away a lot of that element... I would prefer it if you were to only use one weapon and make it a melee weapon of some sorts... I apologize if its a problem PM me if you can think of a solution. Also, your personality fills the mold of the loner a little too well, hes only 17 not a cold blooded killer quite yet... No one has sent him on any hits (Theres not reason too, yet.) So try to change the personality and fighting style up a bit and your ACCEPTED.

@perfectmonster- Everything seems to be fine, the ninja training should come in handy, several small gripes though... Your starting with an evolved Pokesoul, I'd prefer it if you started out with the pre-evolved Washibon instead purely because you would start out with a small advantage. Also the flying thing... I'd prefer you to start without the ability to fly whatsoever but maybe overtime you will gain the ability to fly (Or become light as a feather) when your pokesoul gains more power and possibly evolves. Change that up a bit and you are ACCEPTED.

@EVERYONE- Okay we're only waiting on four people and later today I'll put in for an OOC thead everyone should have there SU's within another 36 hours. Give or take.

I like how you used ryspirit's art. d: And this is pretty good, I'd love to join. If you have any spaces left?

    Name: Tobias "Toby" Alkira Wagner
    Gender: Male
    Age: 19

    Spoiler:

Appearance: Toby is a small and skinny kid, standing at about 5'3" and weighing 92lbs, and although he despises people looking down at him and patronising him of his cutesy look, his attire doesn't help. His top layers of clothes are far too big for him, his green hoodie sleeves just reaching his fingers. His dark jeans are belted and his black converse shoes almost look like they will fall off. Underneath his hoodie though, he wears a skin tight, long sleeved, grey shirt.
His pale body and face serves him no justice as well, taking on the appearance of a 13 or 14 year old rather than the 19 year old he is. At an attempt to make himself look slightly older, he dyed his hair silver, but that didn't seem to work either, with people only making fun of his hair. He usually wears a pair of red goggles which can fall over his olive green eyes.

Personality: Toby can't help it, but he acts like a kid too. Although it's a little weird hearing it from a post-pubescent voice, he whines, he stomps, he doesn't always understand. Occasionally, Toby will curl up in the corner, away from everyone, clenching his fists, running his fingers through his hair and giving the evil eye to anyone he can. He doesn't do it for the attention, well, not always, he does it because according to him, the world just thinks it's funny to tease him. When that does happen, he'll usually snap back a comeback of somekind, witty or not.
Toby has one particularly annoying habit; he fiddles and tinkers and can't sit still. The movement can range from shaking his hands or rubbing his fingers together to pacing or slapping and rubbing his body vigorously. He always moves around, and fast, quickly moving his body, like a frightened animal. He has to be doing something otherwise Toby will become extremely frustrated extremely fast.

History: Toby grew up in the shadow of his sister; his younger sister that is. She was only a year younger than him, and yet somehow, his parents adored her and catered to her every whim. She was smart, she was beautiful, she acted so mature and she knew exactly what she wanted to do. Toby on the other hand was a ugly duckling. His parents never shunned him, they just paid a whole lot less attention to him. It was then Toby started developing his ticks and when his parents started paying a little more attention to him, but the wrong kind. They patronised him, and treated him like a child younger than his sister, despite being older than her. Toby couldn't stand it, and lashed out, hurting his sister and his parents forced him away to a bording school, where they would deal with him and his 'issues'. After he graduated, Toby left to live somewhere by himself where the world couldn't judge him.
Toby has only really had one friend; Nero the Zorua. They found eachother whilst Toby was travelling to the bording school his parents had sent him to. During this time, Toby's ticks had grown out of control and Toby had found himself getting angry at every single person who he talked to. He had been thrown out of a shop for yelling at a worker for labelling the potato crisps wrong and the manager had not taken a liking to him. He wandered the streets, muttering to himself, when he came across Nero, who was looking for food through a bin. Toby had spat a remark at him and gave him a handful of crisps Toby had taken on the way out. Nero, extremely gratified, followed Toby all the way to the bording school. Although Toby hated Nero at first, he grew a liking to him and felt his presence calmed him.

    Class: Beserker

First Pokesoul: Nero the Zorua. His trinket is a silver ring with a gold star on his middle finger on his left hand. Toby found the ring in an antique shop in a town Nero and Toby passed on their travels to the village they live in now. Nero took a liking to it so Toby used it as his trinket.

Weapon/Fighting style: Toby sticks to close contact fighting, usually fists with brass knuckles or a gauntlet, or a pair or short swords in both hands. Toby plays full offense and has no defense, which is where his weakness lies. He is hasty and usually goes in with no strategy, but his speed has an advantage over his enemies.

This is a finished product. :) I hope to be accepted.

    Name:
    Takahashi, Ryosuke
    Gender: Male
    Age: 19
Appearance: Ryo's choice in clothing reflects his outlook on life: simple, even if a little on the bleaker side of things. Adopting a practical style with his long-sleeved, comfortably fitting black t-shirt he simply rolls up in warmer weather, gray khaki-esque pants that are a tad bit longer than his height requires (5'9"/32 length), yet fit around his waist perfectly, comfortable (albeit, slightly worn) black shoes and a regular grayish-black backpack for convenient travel storage, Ryo is always ready to go. As for accessories? A necklace his mother gave to him hung from his neck One item seems less practical and rather out of place, though; the single black leather glove kept mysteriously on his left hand.

As for his looks? "You're such a handsome boy, Ryo.," his mother would always say. As always, looks and such other trivial matters are relative. But when the general consensus is that you are a good looking individual, well... it's the general consensus that you're a good looking individual.

Standing at a modest five-foot nine (172cm), Ryo is an average height with a proportionate, yet athletic build. Around one-hundred forty-five pounds (65.77kg for those silly metric system users) and years of practical martial arts, one would say Ryo had a good body with toned abs, defined muscles and a butt the ladies love. They'd be correct in believing so. The nineteen-year-old was by no means ripped, but he had a well-maintained body.

And he was a ghost, they said. A fantastic, phantasmic (yes, it's a real word, my dear friends) phantom. An apparition! Or he had nice porcelain white skin (the **** am I creating here? Edward Cullen. Kill me.) that always elicited snide comments from his jeering peers (redundancies...). Here's the part where you expect long, flowing raven hair that blows in the wind. Wrong. In fact, Ryo kept his hair practical short enough to keep it from his eyes and long enough to be interesting---but it is black. And those dazzling obsidian orbs. Those stunning, yet vacant eyes. Interesting. Intriguing. Dull. Plain black eyes is what he had. And finally we reach the end! The feature he keeps hidden away. That mysterious aforementioned black glove actually hides a nasty burn he received years ago. It's something he'd rather not talk about so it's a feature he just keeps hidden.

Personality: Unlike my charismatic writing style, Ryo is hardly such. Rather, he is boring and logical. He takes what we could call a mathematical approach to most things in life; a calculated and well-thought chess game is being played in his head before every decision. A move. A counter. A step. A dodge. Can I go forward before I can go back? Yay verily, forsooth and a bottle of brandy. This practical thinking is due in part to his years of jiu-jitsu training.

But there's a side of Ryo nobody sees, and that is also including himself. A frailty tucked away beneath the calculated exterior. A more tender side that was once there, but buried and long forgotten. It's not like he's this steel robot with no connection to humanity---not at all in fact. He's a human being, first and foremost. He feels. He thinks of others when truly faced with that option, but he's stoic and rarely lets anybody in. But his trust can be gained and once it is gained, he'll be your friend to the end. However, let's not forget that it's so hard to gain his trust and his stoic shell is very hard to crack. Good luck, people---and godspeed!

History: Ryo's beginning was nothing out of the ordinary: born into a small village, worked hard on his grandfather's farm to earn money (and respect from his father) educated at home by his mother, an only child, and relatively happy. There were, however, several key differences between him and the other children in his village. One being that his father was a well-known martial artist, having mastered several arts. The other notable thing was that he was a brilliant child. Not to say other children were dumb, but compared to him, they were. Due to this obvious gap in intelligence, Ryo never managed to make too many close friends---except one. Her name was Leah. The two were inseparable from early on up until he turned fifteen. Their fathers were best friends and training partners, so it made sense that the two would get to know eachother.

When she was around, Ryo seemed starry-eyed, happy, and a normal kid. That all changed (uh oh) on his fifteenth birthday. It was after his party and the two weren't content on being inside for long. Soon they ventured off into the surrounding woods as they always did to talk, walk and (as of lately) make out.

As they were walking, they could hear something off in the distance---buzzing. Loud buzzing. Leah, ever the adventure, grabbed Ryo's hand to drag him towards the noise. As they got closer, the buzzing noise was quite apparent: a small swarm of Beedrill. About 4 or so. The two soon realized the Beedrill weren't alone, as they could see an orange flash in the swarm. A small, yet resilient Charmander was doing his best to avoid the angry Beedrill. Leah, a lover of Pokemon, commanded they try to help the poor Pokemon. Ryo protested. He knew it was dangerous. She insisted. He sighed, as she always had a way to drag him into some risky situations. However, she was already taking it upon herself to help. Picking up a rock, she threw the rock into the small swarm of Beedrill, instantly getting their attention.

The Beedrill that was his turned to the direction the rock came flying from and flew over that direction. By this time, Leah and Ryo were moving over to the now hurt Charmander. Ryo looked down on the small Pokemon, taking pity on it, wondering how it managed to piss off these temperamental Pokemon. The Charmander was too hurt to resist when Ryo scooped him up (he knew the creature needed medical attention fast or it would surely die). Soon the two were racing through the woods, seemingly outsmarting the angry Beedrill.

Wrong. They simply cut them off. Now the two were surrounded by even more pissed off Pokemon. Ryo tried his best to fight them off (seeing as he was already nearing his black belt in Jiu-Jitsu), but when it came down to it, he was only human and these were Pokemon. The two were overwhelmed quickly. However, it wasn't Ryo they were really after, they were after Leah. He tried defending her, but a he was weakened significantly.

The last thing he remembered before blacking out from the pain was that little, hurt Charmander must up as much strength as he can to emit an impressive stream of fire from his mouth to quickly scatter the Beedrill. He too passed out.

Ryo awoke at home, a day later, bandaged, sore, but alive. The news he received was what changed everything for him. Leah had not been so lucky. A Beedrill managed to strike near her heart and the poison quickly killed her before, as the story goes, two villagers came to their aid. The Charmander had survived too, and was besides Ryo's bed when he awoke. The Charmander (who became known as Kai) was impressed with Ryo's toughness and touched by his decision to aid the Pokemon.

Ryo, however, was overcome by guilt, depression, and self-loathing that eventually manifested into the cold, stoic demeanor he possesses today. Through all of this, the only thing good that came from the tragedy was that the Charmander agreed to bind with Ryo. The two agreed that they needed to become stronger and could benefit from this bonding.
First Pokesoul: Kai the Charmander. A mutual bonding through the strong desire to become stronger. The trinket which Kai bonded to was the necklace his mother made for him.
Weapon/Fighting style: Ryosuke is a blackbelt in a grappling and very practical martial art known as jiu-jitsu. His style is very technical and he is a master of counters. He is also skilled in Tae Kwan Doe, just nowhere at the level of his jiu-jitsu.
    RP Example:
Does my history count? I kind of wrote it out in a way you could easily see a small sample of what I can do.
    Class: Bondist.

Ok, after reading the SU, I've come up with a couple of different things for my character.

The small blade will be replaced with a short-sword, which can be used in more "up-front" situations.

And I'll make him more of a thief than an assassin, removing the parts about murdering and such.

I'll also make him a little less anti-social, but just a teeny-weeny bit!

    Name: Joshua B. Mayes

    Gender: Male

Appearance: With a rather average height of 5 foot 10 inches, and only an above average build, Josh isn't very imposing. He has short dark brown swept hair, generally pushed to the left, while having a somewhat thick beard, running from his neck to his sideburns. He also has average size and shape nose and lips, with brown/hazel eyes. More often than not, Josh can be seen wearing black T-shirts, cargo shorts, and black sneakers. The only change from seasons to seasons is cargo pants instead of shorts and a black sweatshirt.

Personality:Josh likes to joke around a lot, but when things get serious, don't expect much out of him. While trying to remain confident about his skills, Josh constantly second guesses his abilities, second guesses his actions, and more importantly, second guesses himself. Never really secure with who he is, he can make harsh decisions that seem right at the time, but don't turn out well. While always trying to fix things, Josh can cause more harm than good.

Although sometimes difficult to work with, gaining Josh's trust means you have a friend who is willing to help you, no matter the risk. He has a deep respect for his friends, even if he isn't willing to reveal it to protect himself from showing vulnerability. However, not showing his vulnerability can be a good asset to a team, trying to calm others down in bad situations.

History: While not being chosen until his early teens, this doesn't make Josh any less of a worthy choice. Once picked, Josh jumped at the chance to begin learning, and got his first pokemon, Gligar. Although there wasn't a spark right away, with Gligar refusing to listen to most of Josh's orders, this changed in the coming years.

Josh and Gligar developed a mutual respect for one-another, and through this respect, became good friends. Gligar, however, wasn't Josh's only friend. After joining in on the intense training, Josh met another student of the same master, Derek. Derek had a great amount of heart, and could put up a great battle, but Josh seemed to edge him out in most of their battles. This didn't diminish the friendship at all, as other than their respective pokemon, they were all they had for actual friends.

Upon completion of his training, Josh was informed of the merger him and Gligar were about to undergo. Saddened by this realization, Josh almost threw in the towel and quit his guardianship. However, after deep thought of the situation, Josh understood that he was chosen for this for a reason, and was ready to confront a new challenge elsewhere from his small hometown. Josh and Gligar both understand what is to happen now, and are looking forward to working together at a closer level than they ever thought they would.

    Class: Bondist

    First Pokesoul: Gligar

Trinket: A silver ring with a purple swirl in the middle, almost in somewhat of a vortex pattern.

Weapon/Fighting Style: Josh was trained majorly in Jiu-Jitsu, but to him this is minor as of now. Josh has become quite fond of Gauntlet Hand Claws, the weapon he trained with while not grappling. This weapon can make close range combat more one-sided, keeping the speed of unarmed combat but the power of short swords.

RP Example: Can't locate any RP I've been in, hope this isn't a problem.

Whew. Worked all night o this, glad to be done....

    Name: Jason Thomas Zale

    Gender: Male

    Age: 16

Appearance: Jason tries to make his appearance reflect his major belief; that there are both equal amounts of light and darkness in the world. Thus, His outfit contains identical amounts of black and white. Jason's top is a Black shirt that is lacking sleeves. The collar of his shirt reaches just under his chin, and if he tilts his head, it is partially concealed. There is a gray band running down the center of his shirt, and it conceals a zipper. Jason wears white pants that don't constrict his legs, leaving him with room to move around freely and quickly. Jason has two sheathes on either side of his hips, which he stores his two daggers in. Jason's shoes have black toes solid white everywhere else. Jason has fingerless gloves on his right and left hands, the right being black, and the left being white. There is a blade concealed in the black glove. Jason has a light skin tone, and he doesn't tan easily. He has short, spiky dark-brown hair with natural blond highlights. Jason has cold blue eyes that seem to pierce those who manage to catch his gaze. Jason has a claw earring hanging from his left ear that was created to look like a Sneasel's. Finally, Jason has a large scar running from his left shoulder to his elbow, a sign from a vicious pokemon attack.

Personality: Just as Jason's appearance circulates around his major belief, so does his personality. As such, Jason tries to keep himself as neutral as possible, counter-acting a bad action with a good one, and vice-versa. He does have a more advanced thinking process when it comes to this, and it affects his method of working. If Jason's overall goal is pure, then he uses more corrupt methods of achieving it. Likewise, if his goal is darker, then he tries to find lighter ways of finding a solution. Oddly, Jason doesn't find killing or battling evil or good, because if he's fighting them or killing them, everything balances out when it's over.

Jason's belief doesn't govern all of his personality traits however, as one can observe when he interacts with others. He's generally happy when talking to his friends and family, and he's also cautious when talking to people he doesn't know. Jason tends to make decisions about people after speaking to them; He either likes people, Hates them, or doesn't know them well enough to make a decision. When in a group, Jason tends to be one of the average people that make up the majority of the group. He doesn't hold a specific spiritual role, but he is usually one of the core fighters. Being in a group actually seems to fuel his fire in battle, due to a subconscious desire to appear as a powerful fighter.

History: Jason was chosen to be a guardian a mere 3 months after birth. However, he did not receive his bonded pokemon until he was 3. The incident that occurred was both terrible and wonderful. Jason had gone exploring outside the village in which he lived, and before he realized it, he was lost. He wandered around aimlessly for a few hours before panic set in. He started crying and making loud noise, alerting the wildlife around him to his presence. There weren't any issues until he ran into the Sand family. Jason was whimpering softly when he bumped into something tall and sturdy. Jason looked up at the glaring sandslash and began to step back slowly. With a loud "SLAAAAASSSH!" The Sandslash made his move. Jason shrieked in pain and he clutched his bleeding arm. The sandslash stepped back and through teared-up eyes, Jason saw an entire family of Sandshrew and Sandslash. Jason screwed his eyes shut and cried, begging for the pain to stop. When he felt the presence of something standing in front of him, he opened his eyes. A small Sandshrew that was around his height stood before him. It stepped closer and cautiously stretched towards Jason's arm and it bean licking his injury. About two hours later, a group from the village found him and the Sandshrew wrapped around each other in a tight embrace.

While Jason's relationship with the Sandshrew increased over the years, he also made new friendships, and his odd light and dark obsession began to develop. Jason trained diligently, and it was discovered that he was skilled with daggers and short blades. As such, he was given a balanced pair that he could use as his own. Jason quickly became friends with a girl named Tokine, after she threw him to the ground in combat practice. Jason had a respect for her that few in the village could understand. He wasn't gender biased like some people he actually believed that women could be as strong as men, perhaps even stronger! But of course, Jason's friendship with Tokine couldn't grow greater than his friendship with his bond, and The Sandshrew got between them. A small argument set them off, and their friendship dissipated. After that, Jason had some slight contempt for the Sandshrew, even though he knew it couldn't have been helped. The Duo's friendship continued to grow, and eventually they could predict each other's movements and actions.

Then everything changed when Jason was told about having to adopt Sandshrew's Pokesoul…

    Class: Spiritualist

First Pokesoul: Sandshrew. The trinket is a hidden blade that is stored inside Jason's black glove.

Weapon/Fighting style: Jason fights with two small daggers with curves similar to those on a Kris. He fights with a ruthless quick style, making sure that he gets in when there's an opening, and backs out just as quickly. He's quick to Parry and he deals his final blows with a hidden blade concealed in his right glove. He tends to get reckless and cocky after fighting for awhile, and this often leads to mistakes and injuries.

    Done.

    Name: Jana E. Ryan
    Gender: Female
    Age: 18
Appearance: She's quite petite, standing at only 5 feet. Her straight, dark brown hair is swept to the left side of her porcelain cheeks and falls to her midback, when she hasn't bothered to put it up in a bun or ponytail of some sort. The color of her eyes has always been debateable, but for the sake of simplicity we'll say they are a silverish blue. As for her clothing, she tends to dress herself appropriately and stylishly, complimenting her figure quite well. Her emotions are easily played out on her face, making it really easy to tell when she's happy, mad or sad.
Personality: If you've heard of Jana, chances are you may have heard that she is boisterious, obnoxious and outgoing. Chances are, you've heard right. Jana is the type to invite someone into her house, when she'd just met the person. One of her favorite things to do is make new friends. She always has something to talk about and loves to have small talk with just about anyone. Although, she has a tendancy to become very loud, sometimes at inappropriate moments. She's also known for staring out windows during lectures and tripping over flat surfaces. She's a bit naive and immature at times, but can keep up an intelligent conversation if called for.
Contrary to her consistent happy mood, if you strike her just right, she will cry. And, it's not that hard to strike her. She's always been a crybaby and isn't afraid of shedding a tear or two (or sixty) in front of anyone. Although rarely, if she's annoyed she tends to state it as well. And, she can also be quite selfish and needy at times and very dependent on other people. All and all, Jana is a very emotional and expressive person. But she is very loyal to her family and friends, regardless of what is going on in her life. She constantly puts others before herself and will sacrifice her almost anything to help out a friend of hers.
History: As much as Jana loved the lively town she lived in, she's always been itching to journey across the world. Her father was always out of the house, not coming home for days and her mother was always inside, unemployed and doing practically nothing with her life. Her strained relationship with her parents allowed her to do almost anything she wanted without being scolded by them at all. So, she went on little adventures on the outskirts of her town to satisfy her craving for something more.
Then one day when she was rather young she fell upon Chikorita - quite literally. She was looking up at the clouds wondering why they all had strange names or something like that when she tripped over and fell right on top of Chikorita. She glanced over and saw the aggitated Pokemon glaring at her. And, Jana thought it was the cutest thing ever. With a large grin, she scooped up the Pokemon and took her home. She ran in, attempting to show her mother her new discovery, just being shooed away in the process. She looked around the house, realizing her father was out of the house. Jana shrugged, it happens. She took Chikorita to her room and plopped her on her bed. But, Chikorita didn't seem that pleased. Jana attempted to get Chikorita to play with her and showed her all of the things she was interested in, boring her newfound friend. A couple days later, Chikorita had escaped from the house. Jana frantically searched for her, high and low, and finally came upon Chikorita. She was surrounded by ghost Pokemon, lying on the ground, hurt. And Jana was terrified of ghost Pokemon. Regardless, she took a deep breath and hopped over Chikorita, making sure they couldn't hurt her anymore. They mostly teased Jana, using harmless moves to scare her even more. Chikorita realized how much the young girl was sacrificing for her and finished them off with one last move. After everything, Jana picked Chikorita up with the same amount of affection she'd given her when she first met her. Chikorita was a bit confused, but realized that even if she was like this, she wasn't a bad person.
And so, Chikorita was Jana's partner and best friend. Jana was a guardian and was told that someday her bond with Chikorita would be stronger than ever. Of course, she found this hard to believe, since they were already so close. Regardless, she trained in tessenjutsu while her Chikorita trained elsewhere. She missed her, but it didn't matter, because in the long run she believed it would be worth it in the end.
    Class: Spiritualist
First Pokesoul: Chikorita, her trinket would be a leaf-shaped hairclip that she pulls back her hair with.
Weapon/Fighting style: Two tessens (Japanese war fan) and her fighting style is tessenjutsu.
RP Example: I loooove this sample. And I say that with as much sarcasm as humanly possible.

    Alright everyone!

So...Monochrome's having problems with his internet.
Right now, a total of of 12 people have sent in their sign ups, and since the cap has been brought to 10, we're considering the last few aplicants to see who we want to accept. Obviously, this means no more sign ups or reservations will be accepted (Sorry Strikit ^^; ). I'll make sure to post the decision soon if he doesn't get things straightened out right away.

(PS; In case you skimmed by it, I'm the Co-owner.)

OK, uhm...sorry this is taking so long. Me and Monochrome have had ridiculously busy schedules lately, so it's been hard to put aside time for this. I promise that the RP is still up. Just on...hiatus for now, I guess.
