Hi. I'm participating in a tournament in which you choose one type, and form a team of Pokemon that type. Here's what I've got.
    Special Wall-Kingdra
    -Brine
    -Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Dragon Pulse
    EV:
    52 HP
    252 Def
    204 SDef

    Cleric-Vaporeon
    -Rain Dance
    -Muddy Water
    -Hidden Power/Hydro Pump? (can't decide)
    -Ice Beam
    EV:
    100 HP
    252 SAtk
    152 Spd

    Special Wall-Walrein
    Item:
    Ice Beam
    Blizzard
    Aqua Ring
    Toxic
    20 HP
    236 SpA
    252 SpD

    Special Sweeper-Lapras
    Item: Leftovers
    - Thunderbolt
    -Waterfall
    -Return
    -Ice Shard
    EV:
    20 HP
    252 Atk
    236 Spd

    Physical Wall-Carracosta
    Item: Chesto Berry
    -Aqua Jet
    -Ancient Power
    -Ice Beam
    -Rest
    EV:
    200 HP
    52 Atk
    252 Def

Thoughts? Also, I could use a physical sweeper. Any suggestions?

  • give the walrein the leftovers and teach it protect. if you need a physical sweeper then i would guess feraligatr, i have one bred for competition if you want it, VM me.
you might want to replace some moves on lapras, waterfall is a physical move meaning it won't do much for a special lapras, try surf instead. try to fill in these gaps in the movesets with status moves or protect. i know some of the water starters learn earthquake, the only one off the top of my head is blastoise but i'll check pokedex 3D pro and get back to you on that

  • This team needs plenty of work.

Kingdra doesn't make a good special wall because while it has the same base defenses as Bouffalant, it has lower base HP that undermines them. It's better off with an offensive set:
    -Rain Dance
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Draco Meteor
    -Dragon Pulse/Surf
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 40 HP/252 SAtk/216 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Damp Rock
    Ability: Swift Swim

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Hydro Pump
    -Dragon Pulse/Ice Beam
    -Surf/Ice Beam
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/252 SAtk/228 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Swift Swim

    or
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Outrage
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 40 HP/228 Atk/12 Def/228 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Swift Swim

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Outrage
    -Rest
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 152 HP/96 Atk/32 SDef/228 Spe
    Item: Chesto Berry
    Ability: Swift Swim

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Waterfall/Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Draco Meteor
    Nature: Lonely/Naughty
    EVs: 136 Atk/136 SAtk/236 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Swift Swim

You call Vaporeon a cleric and it doesn't have Heal Bell? It can provide Wish support, considering its massive base HP:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Toxic/Ice Beam
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

Gastrodon is a better special wall than Walrein (because the latter's defensive typing sucks). It also checks opposing Water Pokémon nicely:
    -Earthquake/Earth Power
    -Scald/Ice Beam
    -Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Sassy/Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Storm Drain

Starmie and Rotom-W are both stronger and faster than Lapras when it comes to special sweeping. And why are you calling Lapras a special sweeper when it has mostly physical moves?:

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Rapid Spin/Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers/Expert Belt
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Psyshock/Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Rotom-W:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 184 HP/4 Def/144 SAtk1/176 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp/Thunder Wave
    -Pain Split
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/28 SAtk/228 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Trick/Thunderbolt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

Carracosta's defensive typing is bad. Really bad. Slowbro makes a better physical wall:
    -Scald
    -Psyshock/Psychic
    -Thunder Wave/Toxic/Ice Beam
    -Slack Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/244 Def/16 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Regenerator

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Scald
    -Psyshock
    -Slack Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/244 Def/16 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Regenerator

Or you can try Cloyster as a physical attacker, as this team is massively weak to special walls like Blissey:
    -Shell Smash
    -Icicle Spear
    -Rock Blast
    -Hydro Pump/Razor Shell
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: White Herb
    Ability: Skill Link
