Weekly Puzzle #44​

It's time to put your Pokémon knowledge to the test with our weekly contest of "Who's That Pokémon"! Once a week every Tuesday I'll post a zoomed-in section of a Pokémon and it's your job to tell me which Pokémon the art belongs to. All of the art used will be from the Pokémon's official Dream World art and will be a 30x30 px section of the art cropped and zoomed in 8x. Once you think you have an answer, send it to me in a PM and you could be our next prize winner!

• The clue is a 30x30 px section of the Pokémon's Dream World art (found here) cropped and magnified 8x.
• Send Meadow a PM (private message) with your answer once you've figured it out - you may answer as many times as you want per week, but only your final answer will count!
• Do not post answers in this thread - you don't want other people to use your answers, do you?
• Feel free to chat about the puzzles and how easy/hard you find them; that's the fun of this game after all!
• Submit your answers by next Tuesday (February 16) before 10:00 p.m. EST if you want them to count!

Is it me or is about a third of the dreamworld art on Bulbapedia a broken link? This does increase the challenge for a bit.

Hmm... If we're talking about the same thing, then I think this also happens to me quite often, but the images usually load after I refresh the page. (Sometimes it takes multiple attempts.)

But... there's also a chance that this is something else, too. Another person brought this up today, and I find it a bit weird that all of you mentioned it on the same day. I know you guys already sent in your answers, but if this problem is persisting for anyone else, then let me know! I would have no problem extending the deadline if the images aren't showing up on Bulbapedia.

Didn't have to put my thinking cap on this time round, haha. It just came to me! ^^

However, I once again rated it "somewhat easy" because if I hadn't already been familiar with this Pokemon, I'd be pretty stumped I'm sure, hehe. So, it wouldn't be fair to say it was too easy. c:

This Pokemon is pretty badass, but this puzzle was kinda hard. I think part of the reason was due to color.

That said, this Pokemon is mean, it's fierce, and it drove me... b- erm, crazy.

But anyway, I'm thinking this link might be a pretty reliable backup source if Bulbapedia is having issues. The only inconvenience is that you've gotta download a 15 MB rar folder that you need to extract if you wanna see the art.

Hmm, it seems the general consensus was that this puzzle was pretty tough, but we also have four "somewhat easy" votes on the poll, which kinda balances that out a bit? XD But anyway, I'm gonna try to plan out some more Bonus Puzzles sometime soon, so hopefully you guys will have more to do than just staring at Dream World art, haha. Stay tuned for Weekly Puzzle #45, which should already be up right now! I'll get to the scores and emblems as soon as possible, so hang on tight!
