    What are they for and how do you use them? Can someone please post a few bits of info about friend codes and how you use them and what for???
    my friend code is listed in my signature for anyone who is interested...

    Friend Codes allow you to trade or battle with other people who also have Friend Codes and access to WiFi. When both of you have inserted eachother's Friend Codes in the Pal Pad and are on WiFi at the same time, you can either battle or trade with that person.

    As what jman617 said, Friend Codes are used to trade and battle people on Wi-Fi. Since the question is answered...
