For me, judging by how hard it is to catch, is probably Regigigas {XD} I know it's a Hoenn pokemon, but you catch it in Sinnoh and the snowpoint temple and it's super hard to catch, I still havent caught it yet.
idk, I'd say Arceus. It's basically Pokemon's creator deity. Ya kinda have to be pretty powerful to be a creator deity. And as far as battling goes, it's an Ubers team staple for a reason.
