What level to ev train

    What level do people start seeing noticable increases in ev's each level?

    My pokemon isnt showing any noticable increase and I've been ev training it from lvl 30. Its 47 now.

    I've been battling almost 100 pokemon each level up. Am I doing something wrong or is it that there isnt any big increase until later levels.
