    • Uh... Nintendo's rules are lacking a lot. No Sleep Clause means random Scarf Smeargles with Dark Void would overcentralise the tournament.

    In addition as pointed out by _Prince_ in I don't know where, the two non-ubers that are not allowed, Dragonite and Tyranitar, are only obtainable at level 55 onward and thus making them ineligible for the level 50 tournament.

    In addition most of the legends there come at level 50+ so they would be ineligible too.
