cyndaquil comes in a close second though, its so cute!

I still think Charmander was the neatest. I finally got him on my Pearl game via Action Replay and spent no time in evolving him into Charizard.

My favorite starter is Mudkip because when it evolves it becomes part ground, canceling out it electric weakness and the grass one can be canceled out by learning Ice Beam.
