Most of the time my TV is on either Discovery, History, FX, Comedy Central, or sometimes a local station.
I love watching Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Monsterquest, any of those shows on the Freemasons and other conspiracy stuff, Cash Cab, Tosh.0, That 70s Show, Bernie Mac, Malcolm in the Middle, King of Queens, etc.

I also love watching The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Home Improvement.

My favorite of all of those is probably That 70s Show. I've seen every episode about one million times each and it still doesn't get old.

Edit: Oh yeah, adultswim too. Moral Orel, Aqua Teen, King of the Hill, Ghost in the Shell, FLCL, etc.
Really looking forward to the premiere of Childrens Hospital.

These days, 30 Rock rocks. The new Futurama. And thanks to my wife, who makes me watch Glee, that show has grown on me as well. Though the show could do with a lot less singing. And yes... I realize that singing is their thang!

24 took the crown until it was cancelled earlier this year. Since then I've moved onto House and I've been enthralled by the many antics of Hugh Laurie. Filled with great acting and dialogue, I'd say it could be the best current television show on air right now. After that comes Dexter, which was great in season one but has been slowly decreasing in quality. Still, Micheal C. Hall is an amazing actor who makes me wants to watch more despite the uninteresting cast that makes up the rest of the show.

And only recently I've got back into the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, which is still flippin' hilarious.
