- Spheal <3 A cutie! (okies no more comments after this! XD)
- Umbreon (Eevee Evolutions)
- Growlithe/Arcanine
- Tropius

There are MANY more but I'd rather not post ALL of them ^^

My all time favorite - little Missy is the cutest ghost type, and Murmage (that little witch) is pretty cute too. (I have yet to see him in the cartoon, so I can't say for now.)

Kirlia is 1 of the cutest in the 3rd generation - got to love the one in the first ep of Battle Frontier, s/he is just so adorable...

And, Gardevoir must be THE cutest stage-2 evolution of all time (Jumpluff takes the 2nd place)! S/he's cute, cuddly and a little bit of succubus-ish evil... Considering most other final-evolutions are all creepy and intimidating, Gardy is just so cute compared to them...

Paras all the way, nothing special or powerful, just Paras. A humble mushroom crab trying to make his way through life with the man keeping him down. He tackles your pesky psychic pokemon like they're nothing, and spore doesn't miss, much more than you can say for sing. Paras all the way.
