Flaaffy Level 26 (planning on evolving into Ampharos)

Umbreon Level 16 (currently training before my 5th badge)
Furret Level 16 (HM Slave)/Entei Level 40
 
After my second badge I have:

Yeah, traded with a friend to get the starters, and somehow Cyndaquil, traded at level 9 and leveled to 10 with the Pokewalker, didn't learn Ember... which is REALLY annoying, especially when I took on Bugsie (Bugsy?).

I'll end up switching some things out that can be more versatile with the moves they can learn.

Updated! Switched Magby with Ponyta (thanks to my friend Cody who traded her to me) and Flaffy has evolved! Now just gotta get Bayleef, Ponyta and Pidgeotto to do the same :cheeky:

Currently, just training them all to level 80, or at least 75 in order to defeat Red.

I'll use a freshly caught Lugia as well.

All of the above are at or will be at Lv. 45.

I used to have a Pidgeot on my team, too. It will be replaced by Extremespeed Dragonite.
 
A bit of an update:
I just got my third badge and right now my team consists of two Pokemon.

Poliwhirl: I caught a Poliwag with my old rod and just recently evolved it. He's been my main fighter for most of the game, I have a pretty strong attatchment to him.

Scyther: I gave the bug catching contest a try and Scyther was the first one to pop up. I decided to keep him in my party and give him a bit of training. I'm happy I did, he turned out to be a powerhouse.

I'm hoping to eventually add a Gligar and Kecleon to my team as well. :)
 
Here's my current team after beating the Rocket Hideout in Mahogany Town (HeartGold):

Gloom - Level 32 - Female
In my old Crystal game, I always evolved Gloom into Bellossom. This time around, I'm going with Vileplume instead. I've already got a Leaf Stone ready, but I'm waiting until she grows to Level 41 before evolving her, so she can learn Moonlight.

Ursaring - Level 30 - Male
My sister traded me a Teddiursa from her SoulSilver game (sort of in exchange for the Growlithe I traded her), and I've been raising it as part of my main team.

Ampharos - Level 31 - Male
Yes, I'm a Cyndareep trainer... I'll admit it... I always have been in Pokemon Gold...

Lapras - Level 34 - Female
First Vileplume, then Lapras. I'm really picking from my old FireRed team in this game.

Quilava - Level 36 - Female
She reached Level 36 while in the PokeWalker, which is why she hasn't evolved yet. Not that I'm in any rush to evolve her. Let's just say I'm not quite as big a fan of Typhlosion as I am of its absolutely adorable pre-evolved forms... but that's just me... *breaks out the Everstone*

Espeon - Level 38 - Male
Gosh, I had trouble getting this thing to evolve around my work schedule. I had to get him evolved before 8:00 PM, so I often had to level grind before my evening shifts. Also, I wanted him to learn Bite before evolving, so I had to give him an Everstone after he tried to evolve at Level 19. I removed it once he reached Level 28, and let him evolve at Level 29 after learning the move. The sad thing is, I probably won't even be keeping it in the long run, since it kind of loses its appeal for me in this game, being a physical move (made worse by the fact that my Espeon's nature hinders his Attack).

HM Slave: Sandshrew - Level 6 - Male
He's my Rock Smash/Cut/Strength/eventually Rock Climb slave. Good ol' Sandshrew.
 
I'm still catching Pokemon for my team :< But currently I have:

Gastly
Chimchar(yaaay trading from Platinum)
Zubat

Geodude, Dunsparce, and Pidgey are my interchangeable filler until I get a Poliwag, an Onix, and a Pineco. :>

I do not know which 6 of those 7 Pokemon I will use~
 
My team's not that impressive at the moment. I got stuck breeding until I got three of my Pokemon with a certain ability, so I didn't really train them much until I accomplished that feat.

So far I have:

-- Kangaskhan: Lv.23 w/ Scrappy ability. (F)
-- Horsea: Lv.22 w/ Sniper ability. (F)
-- Hitmonchan: Lv.24 w/ Iron Fist ability. (M)
-- Nidorino: Lv.23 w/ Poison Point ability. (M, obviously)
-- Pidgey: Lv.1 w/ Keen Eye ability. (M) (Also gonna try for one with a better Nature)
-- Growlithe: Lv.1 w/ Flash Fire ability (M)

Yeah, I still need to train Pidgey and Growlithe. Not that impressive, but eh, I just play. :P
 
I'm training before I take on the Elite Four for a second time. My team currently is:

For a some reason, I feel like adding a Kecleon to my team. I'll probably drop Skarmory and eventually do it.
