3rd Gen where do you find relicanth?

hello i need help on how to get relicanth

does anybody know i need it to find the three regis

Relicanth can be found underwater around Sootopolis City, and only there.

And this belongs in Simple Questions. ^^;

It also be found around Mossdeep, you know. And I think around Sootopolis, Mossdeep and Lilycove are the only places you can go underwater. But I think near Pacifidlog there's some diving spots.

The regis you find in three routs and there is a ruin manic who battles you and then your pretty close

somebody told me that you can find the three regies in a certian cave.and when your in it you use dig then they will be in frount of you.i dont think its true though
