    Your username remind the 4th generation. You're a female. I remember your Oshawott theme, that called to my mind the blue colour, plus, it can learn ice types.
    So, a gym leader from the 4th gen, a girl, with a semi-blue outfit and who must be about 19 years old just like you is Candice. So, you'd be Gym Leader Candice.
