My favourites are Gyrados and Kingdra becuase they're both Dragons as well =)

and others, I'm sure...

Lapras is the single best Water (and Ice) type Pokemon of all time! The only others that come a little bit close are Buizel, Floatzel, Vaporeon, and Slowbro.
