  • Seems like a 50-50 on Rhyhorn/Rhydon...

    Is it Rhydon ?

Yes. It is Rhydon, the Drill Pokemon. Which is actually the oldest Pokemon in Kanto, and it's statue can be seen in Pokemon League as well, although it has to do with the cartoon part of it. But if we look into the index number of Gen-I, then there as well Rhydon has first entry, indicating it to be the oldest Pokemon.

Pass you the baton for next round.:coolrim:

@Citra La Magicienne Could you give an example of the Ridiculous Role Reversal spin? Does not quite understand how it works.

Also, are there going to be separate records for the different spins? Asks because of those likely taking longer (or possibly shorter, in the case of Look-a-like Lunacy or a gutsy Fibbing Fever guess) than the base game.
    ______________

Found the following changes to the base game:
    • New alternate form exceptions: the Castforms, the Wormadams, Zen Mode Darmanitans, and the Ogerpon masks.
    • Magearna and Pecharunt (now unlocked) to the mythicals list.
    • Pecharunt in the Group Master/"Third" Legend list.

(Wanted to make sure others knew too.)
    ____________

Does this Pokemon have two types?

  • Could you give an example of the Ridiculous Role Reversal spin? Does not quite understand how it works.
It's hard to give an exact example, but here's some hopefully helpful explanation: Guessers will get more WINS! the more questions they ask- as a result, the questions that would normally be considered the worst are actually the best, because they keep the game going longer. A question that halves your possible Pokemon is one of the better questions in the base game, but is harmful in RRR, since it reduces the amount of questions you'll be able to ask by the end.
So, questions more like "Is the Pokemon a legendary introduced in gen 1?" or "Is the Pokemon part of a starter family from gen 7?" are better in RRR.

Also, are there going to be separate records for the different spins? Asks because of those likely taking longer (or possibly shorter, in the case of Look-a-like Lunacy or a gutsy Fibbing Fever guess) than the base game.
The only record that will be tracked for SPINS is the total WINS! for each player; i.e., someone being a shrewd detective in a FIBBING FEVER isn't going to affect that precious 8-question record.

Depending on the frequency of the SPINS, I might go back and add more SPIN records, but....
In all honesty, I don't know how often they'll be played- the base game is simple and fun enough, and extra rules here and there can be confusing. Y'all are just chugging along with your guessing and picking, which at the end of the day, is more than I expected, and I am just more than glad that y'all are enjoying the game :)

Speaking of splitting the Pokemon in half...
    Is this Pokemon from Generation 2, 5, 6, 7, or 8?

    Is this Pokemon from Generation 2, 5, 6, 7, or 8?

    No.

Sounds too complicated to me!! I also need an example of it. Maybe you could try explaining it when the current round finishes ?

Is that Pokemon weak against either of Ground, Electric, Poison, Flying or Water ?

    Yes.

    Does it have legs?

Had to double check with Bulbapedia, but that's a nope.

    Not based on a fish.
    Has two types.
    Not from generation 2, 5, 6, 7, or 8.
Is weak against either of Ground, Electric, Poison, Flying or Water.
    Does not have legs.

Wishes to complain about Crobat. Make up your mind. Two Pokedex entries:
Both its legs became wings, and as a result, it can't move well on the ground. All it can do is crawl around.
Implies those are no longer "legs".
Crobat sneaks up on its intended prey using wings that barely make a sound. This Pokémon rests by hanging on a tree branch with its rear legs that serve as wings.

Kept Bellsprout. Counts them more as roots than legs. Was unsure about Omanyte/Omastar. Ran into the same "feet, but no legs?" problem with the Jigglypuff line, Beautifly, Wingull line, Azurill, Swablu, Togekiss, Paldean Wooper, and Shroodle.

Counted Rabsca as having legs. Technically might be the ball. Says legs on the Bulbapedia page. Goes on that. Same for Clodsire.

Kept Sandy Shocks in. Says "resemble legs" on Bulbapedia, versus something like Toedscool which says legs that resemble tentacles.
