Who's your favorite Flying-type Pokémon?

There are 101 different Flying-type Pokémon now with the addition of Generation VII (Alola). This includes pure Flying-types and first and secondary Flying-types (Mega Evolutions in this poll count as the Pokémon they evolved from and not a separate evolution).

I decided to make this poll one vote per person, although you can list more favorites (if you have more than one) in a comment if you wish.

I would have to say that Noctowl is my favorite-Flying type. Noctowl used to help fly me around Kanto in the Generation II games and was a part of my battling team, having Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Fly and Confusion as his move set. I still have a Noctowl as part of one of my Flying monotype teams, and have been somewhat successful (Electric, Rock and legendary Pokémon are the death of my Flying teams -_-).

I voted for Salamence as my favourite Flying type. If I could vote for more Pokemon, I'd vote for Charizard, Fearow, Dodrio, Gyarados, Aerodactyl, Zapdos, Dragonite, Crobat, Mantine, Skarmory, Ho-Oh, Swellow, Pelipper, Ninjask, Altaria, Tropius, Rayquaza, Staraptor, Drifblim, Honchkrow, Togekiss, Yanmega, Gliscor, Sigilyph, Archeops, Braviary, Talonflame, Hawlucha, Noivern, Yveltal, and Toucannon too.

Picking just one would be Swellow for me. I've always had Swellow as my all time favourite Pokémon, and whilst others have come close, I don't think they could top it at this stage. Altaria, Mandibuzz, Yanmega, Toucannon, and Hawlucha are some other Flying-types worth mentioning.

Maybe its just recency bias, but I am in love with Toucannon in my Pokemon Moon game and voted for him.

I voted for Staraptor, for being the first useful regional bird along with being a mainstay of my Sinnoh teams. Some other good birds I love include Honchkrow, Pelipper, Dodrio, Swanna, Altaria and Oricorio, plus non-bird faves of mine include Minior, Drifblim, Sigilyph, Togekiss, Mantine, Jumpluff and my fave Ultra Beast that is Celesteela.

I love flying types! It was a close call between Noivern, Staraptor, Golbat, and Fearow. But I chose Noivern because it has an amazing design, I like the typing, and I love using it competitively.
